Food is really good at this restaurant, if you can order TO GO then go for it, if not just make sure there is enough personal working, we had to wait almost 15 minutes before one of the only 2 waitress working on a Saturday afternoon take our order, the waiting time for the food wasn't that bad, but it was really sad to see the how the waitress were struggling with all the tables and the orders, management at this place should totally change, we had to stand up of our table to get some utensils, then to ask for some tartar sauce, once again to ask for the ice we asked for 15 minutos ago... not only us but everybody at the restaurant was walking around trying to get what they needed, last but not least we had to make a line to pay because once again the poor two waitress were on charge of charging and dealing with to go orders and people grabbing some stuff from their little shop, it was a chaos!. The tip is always included at this place even though sometimes attention is horrible(that day I was glad the tip was included and we left some extra, they were working so hard and doing what they could running around with the orders) and if you are paying with a card they charge you extra... a week later I called to place an order to pick up since I learned my lesson... I got there and had to wait al least half an hour for them to have my order ready a small order 3 Lurin Breakfast. h Hopefully the owner put someone with more knowledge in the industry on charge before is to late

So you have to understand what this place is first...it is not built for the ambience. It is a strip mall location. It’s not the trendy spot. Why do you come here? Not for the ceviche but for the rest of the food. Chicha morada is amazing and refreshing. The anticuchos are simple and on point. The cau cau is traditionally made and fantastic. We came grabbed our simple and tasty food and beverage and watched the World Cup and it was just a relaxed environment where you could enjoy the great flavors. We also picked up alfajores on the way out...they are quite sizable and formidable. They were perfect in terms of texture, and if you like that sweet condensed milk there is a lot and I mean A LOT which makes it soooo good. I gave it so many stars only for the flavor and authenticity.

I've been here twice and the food is amazing. At first you wouldn't think anything of the place because it has a small store inside, but this place is a pure treasure that should be experienced. The wait for the food could be a bit, and the servers are a bit hard to get a hold of, but completely worth the portion and flavor. I'll he honest, the customer service is lacking, but the food easily supercedes those feelings. Saturday night was karaoke night and the guy hosting it could have his own record. Great food and good time with the right people.

When to have a late lunch on the first Saturday of this year and it was a disaster. After we were seated, no one came for a while to get our order even though they were like 6 waiters standing by. I watched that day how a waiter got burned on the face with something that exploded twice before reaching the table. None of the other bystanders waiters, manager or owner came to assist her. I saw that same customer having to stand up and walk to ask for limes. I saw another table where after the customers finished eating, their plates (which were huge and the table very small) were not removed after they finished eating, only after they left the restaurant meanwhile they where very uncomfortable while waiting to pay for their meal. I watched how another patron was seated and no one came to get his order only after he called and complaint. My table had three different waiters, I had to move the appetizers plates around while she was standing there with our plates of food in her hands. If we needed anything, we had to be looking for the waiter and signal to get help. The food was not great, I had better Lomo Salteado there. The whole experience was a fiasco. When it was time to pay, their tip was already included even though there were only 3 of us dining at my table. I guess they do not care much to provide good service since they will add their 18% tip to your bill after all. When I asked to speak to the manager, another waiter came and advised that the manager or owner were not there and she was the one in charge even though she was another waiter and has no saying on the matter. Their excuse for the bad service...Shift Change. I guess everyone waits for the last 10 minutes of their shift just looking at the clock. I complained basically because me and all those other customers that were there that day, when we go to any establishment is because we can afford to, we pay, we pay for the food, for the service and so on. We are not there for handouts. Because of us, the customers, a person can have a business, employees and a status in society but in this case it shows that this establishment is just there to collect their daily pay, they do not care about their business, their costumers or their future in the food industry. They forget that there are many, many other restaurants in Kendall to choose from and when any customer decides to walk into any business, they should received and be treated with the same respect that business wants to be treated, after all its our money keeping you in business. It is very disappointing seeing how some restaurants just hire anybody without experience or any customer service etiquette but they are all very quick to demand their pay. By the way, the owner was in...

I went on a whim with my son. It was Sunday, Father's day at dinner time and it was neither full nor empty. I'm told to seat ourselves, but they are all large tables or the few smaller ones aren't clean yet. I chose a 4 person table, push the stuff aside and grab my own menu. They clear the table and immediately ask for my order. Although not ready, I ask for water and a traditional shareable mixed seafood dish. No utensils or napkins. Water had no ice. The food arrives, I'm told I'll be brought utensils. She proceeds to attend other tables. My neighbor offers me her utensils, that's how awkward I must have looked. One set, still no napkins or plates. I ask a passionate g server for... utensils, plates, napkins and the sauces as I have a fried seafood platter plain. I get plates, ask again for napkins. My son left to the car at some point. I get tarter sauce, which I don't like. The tables to each side of me have red and green sauces. I ignore all of this... The dish was on point, perfectly fried, great portion and beautiful. But it needs sauce. I dont complain, finish and ask for the rest to go. This dish had some red onions and diced tomatoes on top, very little. I ask for some if those on the side and am told no??? Then told it would be extra. So I agree to be charged. It turns out yo be $1.99 for a sauced sized portion of this. Remember, after all these other flaws. Why am i writing this LONG review? I bought a $17 dish and was charged $25. They arrogantly added electronically a 15% tip. I'm usually a good tipper, but not after all that. I did not have the correct cash amount to remove the tip leave cash and go, so I give my card. It comes back with the $25 charge. as if I agreed to this tip and then asks for a tip. So, if I wasn't paying attention, I'd tip twice. Frankly, I was insulted. I saw a lot of people ordering pick up. That's the way to go here. Again, my dish and those around me looked and tasted great. The service was horrible. And NEVER add a tip to one person with one dish. Large parties, I understand. I dont live in the area... So next time, for the same price, great food. GREAT service and I choose my tip... I will go to...

This is by far the most digusting experience I have ever been to. On Nov, 17 11 am , i waiting an hour and thirty minutes for a breakfast plate. There is no organization this is a poorly run third class organization. I mean third class as in no class, there was a worker who dropped plates then there was a another who fell. Everyone is standing around not doing anything. This is a poorly run organization, the management problem rests on the manager or store owner or co-ceo's that are supposed to overlook the store on the daily basis. If you cannot look over your restaurant and see what a poorly run restaurant and there is not enough workers and cooks working morning shifts preparing food coming an hour and thirty minutes later. The servers come in late they should be there early organizing everything poor organization. My food was cold, this disgusting , I had a hair on my sweet potatoes. For all I know your restaurant is contaminating and the United States Department of Agriculture should force the Food Safety and Inspection Service Agency should look into investigating your premises because a poorly run restaurant I can only imagine how disgustingly organizing the back cooking kitchen area is. I am Peruvian and your restaurant disgusts and I advise every other individual looking forward to their breakfast to wait about an hour and a half and expect wait and horrible customer service. The servers forget your bread, your napkins, your drinks. Everything is disorganized just like the manager if the management team is not organized then how can you expect your restaurant to...
