Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

Very disappointed, ordered online, my 2 smoothies were on a shelf not in a cooler. My kiwe smoothie tasted good but was watery, not smoothie like at all! My other smoothie was a cranberry truffle, I asked the man if he was sure that it was the cranberry truffle, since it was marked cranberry, he said yes. I asked if the straw was edible he looked at me like I was crazy and did we don't have those. I was frustrated so I took my smoothies and left. After trying the cranberry one I found that it was a cranberry crisp, which has wheat ‼️ I have Celiac diesease and thank goodness that I spit it out. I had to pull over in walmart's parking lot to spit it out! Basically I wasted $5.99 on the cranberry smoothie, had to throw it down the sink‼️ Customer service was awful and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. This was my first time and will be my last. Definitely going to post this on all the Celiac and gluten free sites. I tried to call them to complain and once again they were lost at what I was...

Got my usual drink with the usual modifications that I have had hundreds of times. Got it this time and it was not right. I went in to ask about if it was done correctly as I clearly see pieces of the wrong item in it. I had asked respectfully and apologized for the inconvenience. They just stared at me and didn’t even answer and just walked away as if she was gonna make it but did not engage in any conversation with rude snarks to each other. Then the girls were talking crap in the microphones to each other without even engaging in conversation with me. I asked, if it was a problem to make it again? The lady made it for me but it tasted only like ice. I have never had such rude customer service of my life. I just received ugly looks the whole time while I respectfully asked and apologized for them for the inconveniences. I have come here a few times before but I will never be back after...

Bianca took my order today and she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her who the manager was and she stated she was the manager. I went through with my order and at the end of the order she stated that my order was a large order and that I needed to call it in next time. She also stated that I would be waiting a very long time for my order as she handed me my receipt. Their dining room was closed and I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. I was very dissatisfied with my service and I will not be returning to this location. At no point was I ever rude towards her. I hope they don’t treat all their guests this way.
