Loved the restaurant. While seemingly hiding in a strip mall, this small bakery and sandwich store is more than it seems. The breads are made fresh daily. I understand the owner makes the dough the night before, let's it proof, knead it again and sets it to proof a second time, then comes back at 3-4am to finish prep and bake it fresh daily. I went with my wife, and a friend of mine who lives down here who found the place and absolutely loves it, so I asked her to take us there to try it before we head back to NY. I had the steak and egg breakfast sandwich, my wife had the bacon and egg breakfast sandwich and my friend had the French toast. I also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes to round it out. I have to say I was more than impressed. Coming from the land of BECSPK, I have a certain level in my head on what a breakfast sandwich should be. They more than surpassed it! First of all, if you are on a diet or watching your weight, order a half sandwich as the servings are huge! The steak on my steak and egg was sliced so thin, there was no problem at all biting through it and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The egg was well cooked, too. I dont normally prefer a friend egg and forgot to mention it, but he made it so well I didn't notice. The bread was fantastic. So light and yet with just the right amount of body and the melted cheese held it all together. The breakfast potatoes were cook perfectly, too. A nice crunch on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I didn't try my wife's Bacon and egg, but it looked delicious. I did try my friend's order of focaccia French toast, and let me tell you, if I had know how good that was going to taste, I would have stolen the plate from her at the start...lol. the homemade vanilla sauce on top of the toast with the blueberries on top... Just so delicious. Its worth another trip down from NY very soon just so I can have that for breakfast. I thought I was full from the sandwich, but as soon as I tried her meal, I was ready to order another breakfast. So yes, if you are still with me, I highly recommend the place. I can only imagine how good their lunch options are, too. I saw that they had a New England Clam Chowder as a special for today and am regretting not getting back in time to try...

Very friendly staff that is passionate about their craft. I do like the open kitchen, one can see everything that is going on. Small Venue with a couple of seats inside along with some bar seating. There is a good amount of outdoor seating, however it's hard to enjoy a meal in that Florida heat even in the shade. Parking is not an issue, plenty of spaces available in the plaza.
Delish freshly baked in house Focaccia Sandos. Yup! Yup! Everything is freshly baked with organic flour.
#FocacciaSandos: ~ SANDWICHES: ITALIAN - 4.5/5 Tasty and hearty sandwich with a good variation of meats: coppa, prime rib and porchetta with pickled red onion, aged mozzarella and arugula topped off with calabrian chili aioli.
~ SANDWICHES: Cajun Chicken Melt (Special) - 4.5/5 (July 2025) This was a daily sandwich special. Blackened chicken breast, braised peppers & onions, chimichuri aioli and smoked provolone. Very tasty and hearty.
~ LOAF OF THE MONTH: Elote (Monthly Special Focaccia) - 4.5/5 (July 2025) Exactly what it sounds like. They churned out a very tasty savory Elote Focaccia bead. If you are not familiar with Elote (Mexican street corn), look it up. It's very tasty. Grilled Corn with peppers, cotija, garlic, cilantro and tajin.
I'd definitely pay them whenever I'm...
Read moreHands down the best Porchetta I've ever had. Stopped into Focaccia Sandwich + Bakery after reading about them. Their IG was also impressive as it's clear they make everything inhouse and they have a regular menu, as well as specials for the week/day.
I got the Porchetta sandwich and my wife got the Avocado, which also came with Porchetta bacon. Both were complete show stoppers. The focaccia they serve is simply perfect. Light crust on the outside, fluffy and airy on the inside. And the homemade giardiniera is nothing to ignore...order something with it on there as it can't be missed. (Note to chef...jar it and sell it, homie).
The tomato bisque was insane, so if you get soup, make sure you pick up extra bread. One, you should always have bread with your soup. Two, extra bread means you get to eat more of their bread.
What's really impressive is how curated the menu is. If you're serious about sandwiches then you know properly made sandwiches ride the line between art and magic. Focaccia Sandwich + Bakery should be on every list of 2024 for places to check out. It really is unique and unlike any other sandwich shop we've tried.
This focaccia is just magical...god is...
