Last night I ordered dinner for my family from the bonefish grill website. About 25 minutes after I ordered it, I got a text from bonefish letting me know my order was ready, and provided a link, and instructions to click the link when you arrive at the restaurant. I had arrived at the restaurant just prior to receiving the text, and had already pulled in a parking spot labeled for take out. I clicked the link just moments after receiving it. The link brought me to a page that welcomed me to bone fish, and asked me to enter the parking spot number I parked in. I entered my spot number, and the next page told me that they would be bringing my order out to me. I sat and waited 35 minutes for someone to bring my food out. Finally I sent my daughter in to ask about our food. When she went in our food was just sitting there getting cold. No one bothered to take it out to us, and the staff acted as though that was not their job to take food out to car, and they expect people to come in and get it. Now I have no problem walking in and picking up my own food, but don’t tell me you’re bringing it out if you’re not. My food was gross and cold when I got it home. It put me in a bad mood because I paid $70 for cold food and I tipped a person who didn’t provide any service to me. It makes me not like bonefish tbh which is a shame bc I think you guys have really good food, and I’ve brought my family to dine in quite a few times, and I had a positive opinion of bonefish. Now I wouldn’t go back there. I followed the directions provided to me and they set me up for cold soggy...
Read moreWorst Dinning Experience! If you are a person of color, don’t ever think about dinning here. Just to level set, we love bonefish as a family. We always make sure to dine in whenever we have any occasion or if we are just craving for anything. However, this particular experience changed our view about this place. I don’t think we’ll go back at this place ever again!
Service was horrible, we were ignored from the time we sat on our table. The server never even attempted to check on us. While she is constantly asking the 2 tables in front of us about their food or if they need anything.
Food too salty and undercooked. I had a cod, way to salty and i had to remove the top to make it edible. The mac and cheese was cold and the risotto was undercook. My friend got a steak, under seasoned and the fries were waaay too salty.
The whole entire time, our server is nowhere to be found. Walking past us without “acknowledging” us. We just decided to call it a day and call her for the check, even for that never asked our experience just stood there and grabs our food. I told her the risotto was undercooked and bad. She offered to remove it on our bill and the manager offered the gift card but we decline. We cannot go back with that place.
Our server is just profiling who should she...
Read moreCame here to grab dinner before seeing a show at the Players Center. First of all, I really liked the ambiance of the restaurant. It felt very welcoming and the lights were dim but not too dark. Then my server Deidre was amazing! She answered questions and made suggestions and checked in the perfect amount. I started with the bang bang shrimp which was pretty good but the plating on a bed of lettuce felt unnecessary. Then I ordered the Signature Pasta with salmon as my entree. The salmon was delicious and the veggies (artichokes and red peppers) were cooked well and still had a nice crunch to them. The sauce however was very watery and did not coat the noodles very well. To drink I had a pomegranate martini then a blackberry sangria. Both were very tasty. Overall, I would return here but just try something else. There were many other customers that seemed like regulars and it was nice to see staff interact with them even if they weren't in their section (I take that as staff caring and knowing customers which I...
