Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Florida

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we rolled into the drive-thru at Freddy’s, we were greeted with the kind of service that makes you want to shout it from the rooftops. Lucas, the associate working the drive-thru, was an absolute gem—patient, kind, and full of grace under pressure. Between my kids eagerly calling out their sundae requests and my partner juggling the “real” food order, it was a lively scene to say the least. Lucas didn’t miss a beat and made us feel welcomed and unrushed.

This was our first time visiting Freddy’s, and let me tell you, the food far exceeded anything we expected from a fast-food joint. We originally planned to eat while driving, but after one bite, we knew we had to pull over and give this meal the attention it deserved. The flavors were bold and balanced, and everything was served hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared.

We tried the mushroom steak burger and crispy chicken deluxe, and both were packed with flavor and cooked just right. The kids loved their meals—one chose the hotdog, another got the chicken tenders, and the third had the burger. Everyone had smiles on their faces and full bellies by the end.

Of course, no trip to Freddy’s is complete without dessert, and the sundaes were a hit across the board. The worm sundae brought big smiles and laughter, and the Oreo cookies and vanilla milkshake were rich, creamy, and totally addictive. The treats made the perfect ending to a standout experience.

All in all, Freddy’s made a spectacular first impression. Between Lucas’s outstanding customer service and the delicious food that made us park the car just to savor it properly, we’re officially fans for life. Thank you, Freddy’s, for turning an ordinary family dinner into a memorable...

First time and last time visit. This only time visit was through the drive-thru. My daughters wanted ice cream, so my only order was mini dirt worms concrete and mini dirt sundae both without whipped cream! I pulled up to the window and made contact with the server(name on receipt), and paid him. He first gave me the mini dirt concrete-in a bag first then walked away. I opened the bag and it had whipped cream, oreos, cherry and gummy worms.. When he came back to the window to give me the sundae which was correct, I informed him that I had whipped cream on the concrete and he said that he asked me and the only one i didn't want whipped cream on was the sundae. I then said no sir very politely, and asked him if I could have one without whipped cream and handed the other one back. He just stared at me, then took it and walked away. About 2 minutes later he brought another bag back with the concrete in it. I opened it in the drive thru and this one had no whipped cream along with no oreo's, no gummy worms and no cherry. I took a worm off my other daughter's sundae and put it on the sundae. It appeared that he just scraped the top off and re-served this to me. That is what I have a problem with. I wanted to come inside but didn't. With those type prices I should have received what I ordered or a redo. Not some attitude by a person that seem like he didn't want to be there. This server need to be educated on customer service and probably wouldn't hurt to...

This was my 3rd trip to Freddy's and the service and the food keeps getting better with each trip...

The employees are friendly and give lots of great helpful tips and the food is yummy and freshly prepared.

My first trip included the Double Steak Burger with bacon and cheese with Cheese fries and my Mom had the patty melt with onion rings. Everything was served hot and fresh and I LOVED the fries. We have always loved Steak and Shake's tiny diminutive fries but Freddy's have put theirs to shame and the cheese sauce makes them that much better! We didn't make it to our car before we decided that we needed to conclude our visit by pulling into the drive-thru and proceeding to order another small order of fries and we each ordered a mini concrete... I have to say that the chocolate custard is perfection. Creamy and smooth and a dream on a spoon...

Our second trip brought us back for more frozen custard and this time we upgraded to regular sizes and different flavors and once again not disappointed and the service once again was fantastic. Quick and seamless.

Tonight we were no disappointed, we got to use the dessert on hold option. This was so cool. We love how you can order and pay for your entire order, dessert included and then have the dessert portion put on hold until you are ready to eat it. BRILLIANT!

Can't wait to try the brownies...
