We came here on a whim because we really wanted sushi, and saw the reviews were really good. When we got here my hubby was skeptical based off the location and what it looked like on the outside - parking was difficult and there were smokers standing outside the restaurant. But of all the places to eat, this had the most occupancy, so I told my hubby that was a good sign and we should stick it out and Iām SO glad we did. The waitress/hostess was super nice and attentive, all our food came out fast. I got steamed potstickers and the avocado salad and hubby got the tuna avocado salad. Iām pregnant and canāt have raw fish at the moment, but my husband said the salad was fantastic, especially the amount of tuna he got vs what you pay. I got the dinosaur roll and California roll - the dinosaur roll was SO amazing I ordered a second. I loved the quality of the cali roll vs what I paid for it. Hubby got Mango Roll and it was very hearty and a LOT of fish. This may sound silly but I was super excited they had chicken nuggets and fries on their kids menu for my daughter - the chicken was good, donāt think it was homemade but it was the kind my daughter was used to and actually ate all of it.
This is our new favorite sushi place in Orlando and I highly recommend it! Donāt be deterred due to parking or what it looks like on the outside, this place is AMAZING and Iām so...

I recently dined at Tokyo Sushi near the Vineland Outlets and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sushi. The highlight of my visit was the freshness of the sushi, which is made to order. Every bite was a burst of amazing flavors, enhanced by the perfect sprinkling of flakes - a true testament to the chef's attention to detail.
While I enjoyed most of the sushi, I noticed that some rolls could benefit from being a bit tighter. A few of them had the tendency to unwrap, which made the eating experience slightly challenging but not less enjoyable.
Regarding the tuna, some pieces seemed a bit fatty, which might indicate a lower grade of tuna being used. However, it didn't significantly detract from the overall taste and quality of the meal.
Tokyo Sushi offers a delightful sushi experience with fresh ingredients and flavors that tantalize the palate. A little tweak in the roll tightness and a slight improvement in the tuna quality could make it an unbeatable destination for sushi lovers. I definitely recommend it for anyone craving sushi in Orlando and will be returning to try more of their offerings!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really don't know how this place has a 4.2 star rating, I guess people haven't had authentic sushi before? Went here for lunch, ordered a miso soup, a spicy tuna roll and some other roll that the waitress recommended. Let's start with the miso soup, the miso soup was literally just sewer water with seaweed and chunks of tofu in it, it tasted awful, I literally could have ran to Publix got one of the pre made packets and had a better tasting experience for half the price. The spicy tuna roll was ok, I mean it's a spicy tuna roll and it's very hard to mess up. Then I got the roll that the waitress recommended, I think it was the flying tiger roll, it was supposed to be a shrimp tempura roll, what I got was a little bit of shrimp, A LOT of ice berg lettuce and a dollop of some spicy mayo, and that roll was gross, who puts lettuce in a sushi roll? I've had better rolls from Chinese buffets.
Anyway, I really don't recommend this place, I may have just came at a bad time, but uh.. I really doubt it, they definitely don't earn the title "BEST SUSHI IN ORLANDO FL" If you want a more authentic experience, I recommend "Sushitomi" which is only 10 minutes...
