MAY/4/16 Please don't give this business your money!!!! They can do amazing pedicures and an ok manicure but nail enhancements (acrylics, gels ect) are awful. I got my nails done two days ago , today. I asked for stiletto nails which most nail technicians would know what I meant by that (which should have been a red flag for me but i gave her the benifit of the doubt). She said oh pointy and proceeded to do my nails. I was happy with them but as i looked closer after i left the shop i saw all the imperfections including bumpyness, the tips didn't match my nail size , and the shaping is so uneven and each nail is completely different in shape. So being that I couldn't go back the same day because they had closed i went back the next day (which was yesterday). I walked in and spoke to the guy at the front who all the while kept his ear phones in his ears and rarely looked at me or more importantly my nails , his main focus was the IPAD in his hands. The first response I received was him upturning his nose at me saying "you didn't get those done here" without even asking any of the workers. He then said something in another language and the women who did my nails came over. I simply restated my issues and asked if I could have a refund and for them to take the nails off. I was even willing to pay for the removal plus her keeping the tip I previously gave. The man then said "if you don't like service don't come back" i asked if they could fix them for me without a refund and he said no. I left and then went back in the shop moments later. And showed him where one of the tips that were to small , that also wasn't glued on all the way, was coming off. He tells me "just put glue" . He wasn't kind or even understand he was nothing but rude and very condescending. Needless to say I won't be going back ever again. I also will be contacting the Florida State Board on this matter as well as there cleanliness and sterilization of nail/feet utensils. I realized that the things like cuticle nippers, feet graters and pumas stone came out of draw and after being used on me and my mother both sets were washed with water and put back in those same draws. Eventually someone is going to get something from all the dead skin and germs that a sanitation station would kill off. And what's worse is the fact that in the pamphlet they have it stated on the bottom how every customer receives a newly sanitized set of utensils . Save your time and money skip this place. UPDATE: I finally got my nails fixed 😄. Oh this place didn't fix them no I had to go the store and pay another 25 dollars in supplies to fix the nails that I should have been able to walk out of the shop with done. So now the finaly total is 60 dollars plus the five dollar tip which brings me to 65 dollars. Isn't that just wonderful thats almost two full sets worth. I had to reshape and fill in my nails with acrylic that I purchased and they look so much better than they did earlier. Still not as polished as i would have liked but so much better than before. Again one thing you have to think about when paying for nail enhancements or thinking about getting nail enhancements is that everyone who has a certificate or license doesn't know how to do nails well. They just might know how to. So its a game of change with every nail tech. Think about that ahead of time. And ask to see their work. I did see her work and it looked perfect to me so thought this would have ended better but not so much. But they do a fabulous pedicure. Its located in a tourist area so they do nails in a factory way (from my experience and my personal opinion) . If the nail technician would have told me she wasnt good with the shape I choose i would have picked another shape or even another shop. I hope no one else...

We were staying at the Hilton across the street and 4 of us girls decided to get a mani and pedi- girls time pampering session!!

Greeting: Firstly we were greeted by a gentlemen - which I would hardly call a greeting.

We asked "what natural pink colour was popular?" he responded - flicking through his iPad not giving us eye contact and saying "here are the colours pick any of these." To which I replied the same question- and his response was "pick any colour- I don't know pick red," this time he was looking through the stocks app on his iPhone...

At this stage I was ready to walk out - first impressions last, and mine wernt great so far.

Service: I had a pleasant lady - very little English and I didn't get exactly what I asked for.

Mine were the worst out of all the girls nails. I had an elderly lady serve me. We all had shellac polish on toes and nails. Both my feet and nails were painted right to the base of the skin of my finger nails and they didn't clean out the gunk under my nails when they were done. Also I had to go next door to buy a nail file to lightly file my nails from the rough which they didn't smooth over once they were done.

They didn't last a day... Should last up to two weeks if done properly...I had 4 nails peeling where they painted over my skin 1 hour after they had been done. I'm still on vacation here and not sure whether to go back or not, but I wouldn't even give them a second go to make it better - it was that bad. I would go back to ask them to take it off.

Very disappointed... we read the reviews and they get a high rating...we didn't experience good customer service or...

So I’ve written a review here previously giving them great feedback and 5 stars. I could go to anyone and trust that the results would come out well, however recently they’ve had new people who do not know what they’re doing, this man cut me twice and burned me once. I had a nail pop off after 3 days of getting them done. I went back and it was fixed, I asked him to change the color twice and he acted like he understood and said yes meanwhile didn’t do it. After the nail was fixed a couple days later another nail popped off. I paid a lot of money to only after 2 weeks I went back for another refill when normally I could go back after a month. Of course another new person did my nails which took her 3 hours! And they weren’t how I wanted them, acrylic is not smooth and I already have another nail lifting after yet another week. At this point I have gone 4 times within a month and I don’t have the time to keep coming back to get things fixed. I have a full time job and never experienced this before when I came here. This was my final straw and I won’t be coming back. Make sure new employees know what they’re doing cause it seems like they’re hiring just anyone at this point. Where are the...
