Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

The problem here was I asked for my tacos to have easy lettuce extra cheese and no tomatoes they did not put tomatoes on it with a piled it with lettuce and had very little cheese my wife and I eat at taco Bell two three times a week stretching from Pasco to Hillsboro to Hernando counties and more it's very disappointing when your order is not made correctly especially when I shouldn't have to ask for extra cheese in the first place there should be plenty of cheese instead of a tiny sprinkle which would be embarrassing to me if I was selling these tacos pintos and cheese hit and miss sometimes they're good sometimes they taste old and dry as if they were from another day week or month again I'm 60 years old my wife is 57 we've been eating at taco Bell since we got together I've been eating at taco Bell since the Bell Burger the enchilitos which I don't understand why you removed and even foot long hot dogs you had it's very disappointing when you order something and they say we don't make this anymore bring back the enchiritos I'm just begging you most taco bells are really good and we give good reports for the ones that are good however there is a certain manager named Sylvester I believe he is now the manager here in Pasco county on highway 54 he was in the Starkey taco Bell now he's on the other side of Little road but he is the best manager I have ever came across and deserves a large pay raise he always made me what I wanted he always made it very well the true company man I hope you read this and...

You have to hate a place that can't get your order correct. I just visited this location after swearing I would never return. Last time I was there after making a drive from 20 minutes away, they screwed up my order. I could never reach the restaurant via phone and simply said I just wouldn't come back to this location.

I decided to give it another try today. HUGE MISTAKE! They not only screwed up my order and shorted me on my order, but they also put on sour cream after I pleaded with them to make sure one of the food items didn't get it because of an allergy concern. They did anyways.

Added to that, they also left off another item for the third part of our order.

Look, I'm talking about 9 total items. And this location screwed up on 3 of those 9, or 33% of the order.

And yet again, I tried calling the location for the last hour based on the phone number listed. It was either busy or went to a fax line with that terrible squelching noise.

Horrible! Wish I could rate 0 stars. That’s all I can say about this location. My fiancé ordered a Mexican pizza, no tomatoes, and it was supposed to come with supreme tacos. The two tacos were not supreme. And his pizza was smashed all to hell in the box!! Literally half of the pizza was on the top half of the box. My chicken chalupa had only 1 piece of chicken in it. The rest was stuffed with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. I asked for a side of avocado ranch and the lady rang it up at guacamole. And I just wanted to confirm I was going to get avocado ranch and no guacamole. She then said no. It’s guac. Like no. That’s not what I asked for. And she didn’t have to be so rude about things. Oh and don’t bother trying to call to speak to someone, because you will get a fax machine or a busy signal as if phone is off the hook. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. But it’s so close to my home. I thought I would give it another try.
