We love Chick-Fil-A. It's always been a joke in our family that Chick-Fil-A never screws up an order. Well the last 4 trips to this location have made me question that. The last handful of times I've gone here something was always missing from our order. Imagine coming home and not one CFA sauce in your bag. That was a fun night with a cranky 5 year old who HAS to have sauce for her food. And the restaurant is 20 minutes away so going back wasn't an option.
Not too long ago I made an order on the mobile app at around 9:45. I made it to the store at 9:59 because of traffic and was in line behind another car. When I pulled up to the window they wouldn't even open the it and it was obvious that my order wasn't made. I kept asking for a manager and nobody would come to the window and nobody would answer the phone. I finally talked to someone in the parking lot 15 minutes after they closed and was offered no real explanation of why my food wasn't made and no attempt to make it right other than them saying I can cancel my order thru the app.
This last trip my wife came home and my waffle fries were missing and this time they only offered to give us a free fries on our next visit. Hopefully it is valid at other restaurants because I won't be going back to this location until they get their...

Weāve dined, both in restaurant and via drive thru numerous times at this point. Wait times inside the restaurant have gotten dramatically better, however the drive thru is still so incredibly slow itās just disappointing. Tonight, I did a mobile drive thru pickup. I had my three kiddos with me and the line was short. Perfect. Well, not so much. We got in line at 4:32 and I did not receive my order until 4:53. 21 minutes in line with a 4, 6 and 1 year old. We got to the window only to be told that our order wasnāt ready. Tack on another five minutes. Then missing items from our order (ice cream for said children, very important stuff!) Seriously, though. I donāt understand why the owners are not reaching out to the Lutz and NT locations. They have their drive thru lines down to a science. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHands down worst location. Very unorganized and slow. They need to go see how other locations run the drive thru. Took over 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. Yet the fries were cold and soggy. The issue seems to be their order taking process. The girl that took our order had the cash for change in a pocket not organized , so while holding the pad for entering orders she was pulling one bill out at a time trying to find ones. She kept pulling twenties out shoving back in pulling out again it took the poor thing over three minutes just to finally pull out the correct change. Then she forgot to get our name so when we got to the window they were giving us a hard time. Was also shorted a small Mac and cheese. We ordered three sets of twelve nuggets and asked for sauce, so they only put two in the bag. Not enough for 30 nuggets.Will stick to just going when headed to Georgia, the Lake City and Valdosta locations are much busier, yet more efficient and quick.
