Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I’ve ordered Hungry Howies in PCB over the last several years and it was good and their hoagie or subs were very good. They have folded panini’s ( as subs ).

This order was delivered by Hungry Howie’s Navarre and I ordered the old world pepperoni pizza large and a meat lovers large cut into squares. This was one of the best franchise pizzas I’ve had in a long time ! I was taken back from having my expectations exceeded ! I also have ordered 8 wings bone in and they were hot temperature and great taste and flavor ! My only complaint is no celery or carrots with the wings. I was missing my Parmesan cheese in a small container and I called the store and the manager was very helpful and nice and said no worries they would get me the Parmesan cheese on my next order at no charge. It was refreshing to experience good customer service and kindness and empathy. These days good customer service is in short supply and world needs to bring back kindness and quality service. I highly recommend this Hungry Howies at Navarre @ Publix shopping center ! As long as they’re offering good quality food and delivery to my house I will be doing business with them. FYI - I’m physically disabled in a wheelchair and it’s difficult for me to get out of my house so I truly appreciate good service and delivery services and affordable prices ! Thank you ! This order was on the pricey side at $74 for 2 large pizzas and wings because of the delivery fees and service fees and taxes added a significantly higher price...

Our family ordered pizza at approx. 8:20PM lastnight while staying at one of the beach condos 7 minutes down the road. We were told 45 minutes, no big deal. We even called back to provide the gatecode information to make it as easy as possible for the driver to find us. An hour and half goes by and no pizza. We call and apparently the driver couldn't find us so that was that, if we wanted it still they would have to remake it and it would be even longer. We agreed to that time frame again (a little annoyed). Then we get a call from the Manager saying that it's our fault we didn't provide good instructions and that it was now past the time for deliver but they would.... um what. Great management (sarcasm). Around 10:05pm we call again to find out the status and are told the driver had just walked back in and we should have the order in the next 15ish minutes. Finally we get our pizza at 10:30PM. If it weren't for the rudeness by management, I would not be leaving this review but that just made a terrible ordering...

I called and ordered the Wacky Wednesday 3 topping large pizza for $12.99. I gave my 3 toppings and confirmed this is the $12.99 special. When I got there to pick up my order my order was more. I said how can a $12.99 pizza come to that amount? I was told the bacon is a prime topping and costs more. I said that wasnt communicated I even asked after giving my 3 toppings that this is the $12.99 3 toppings special. It's only a few extra dollars.. I understand it's not the money it is the principal!! I ordered that special for that price. The manager was asked what can be done for this extra charge and told the employee I will pay that amount we will not take off any charges. I said this pizza is not going to cost me this amount it will cost me zero dollars. I will not go back to this Hungry Howie's they lost my business. It's about customer service and taking care of your customers even for a few...
