Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I work on base at the Lighthouse. I ordered lunch to be delivered to the gift shop. I had ordered a salad and some drinks. During my lunch break I was training a new person so I was unable to get to my phone to answer any phone calls or the one text message. By the time I got back 5 minutes before my lunch break ended I had to call to find out where my lunch was. My job is gated all the way around and the only way in is through the gift shop where I work I am proceeded to being told that the driver left my lunch outside on the steps in front of the lighthouse. There was only two people working today so I was unable to go out to get my lunch which was outside. I do not understand why the driver could not have asked directions to the gift shop if the person could not answer her phone there were plenty of guest outside the picket fence as well as inside the picket fence he could have proceeded to ask if not there are signs that says admission that point towards the gift shop. So I proceeded to call Hungry Howie's after I got off from work the manager offered me a credit but I do not call to order I use the app he did not offer me a refund at all for the salad. Whoever my driver was did not think logically when they placed my salad outside in the 90° heat and when it stormed luckily the drinks were okay but my salad was not. So unfortunately I personally will not be ordering from this Hungry Howie's maybe until a month and a half to two months. And for the record I have never had no problem whatsoever was Hungry Howie's before this incident. So I will be taking a break from ordering from my favorite place for lunch for a month and a half...

Always GREAT! I used to be a HUGE Domino's Fan but kept having constant issues with them and we tried switching to Papa Johns but their sauce is too sweet, pizza size is smaller and they are flat out WAY too expensive. So we decided to try Hungry Howie's again. I forgot how Good their pizza was especially with the cheese they use it has such a Great flavor. I just ordered and spoke with a guy named Gene (Friday, March 8, 2019, 8:26pm). Gene is probably the BEST pizza order taker EVER!!! Very polite, patient, respectful and made sure i was getting the best price he could give by letting me know of a special and then adding to it. Did very well repeating back my order. His Customer service skills definitely deserve a A++. Also not sure who our driver was tonight but he made sure not to slide my pizzas around when removing them from the ovenbag which pretty much let me know that he didn't drive crazy either. All 4 of my pizzas looked AMAZING as well as the pizza subs. Looked like they just came out of the oven. Not like Dominos drivers, they would have the cheese all over the box. Gene told me their delivery time at the moment was 1 hour and 15min. I called at 8:26pm the call lasted 7 min our pizzaman was pulling on our road at 9:05pm so it was delivered in 30minutes. JOB WELL DONE!!!

FYI: usually they tell you a longer delivery time but 9 times out of 10 your pizza will be here within...

This is the WORST Hungry Howies in Pensacola. Honestly, either go to a different store or order from a different pizza shop. Everything is overpriced at this store, compared to other Hungry Howies stores. The toppings are more expensive, the sauce cups, the sides, etc. And this particular restaurant has THE AUDACITY to raise their delivery fee to $3.50!

Literally no other pizza chain has raised their delivery fee this high. Not even Dominos on Navy Blvd so don’t even THINK of using the “but we deliver to Navy bases” bs! First, you raise the price on your pizza and now you’re raising the price on everything else? And for what? Half-assed, hit-or-miss, lukewarm, mediocre pizza that takes two hours to deliver to an address ten minutes away? And don’t even bother eating it the next day because the crust will morph into concrete overnight. In conclusion, ZERO STARS. This store is a joke... a...
