We ordered over the phone and the lady said it would take 10 minutes. We got there and went inside and the cashier hadn’t heard of our order or name. Also the lady on the phone only told us about the 2 most expensive deals. We waited for almost an hour and we had asked about our food. Come to find out that the cashier gave it to someone else after I had already paid. They said they’d remake it but we still waited an extra 30 or so minutes. We asked the manager if we could have our money back with the food and she said you can have your money back but you won’t get the food. I was the one who paid and I am 16 without a job using my own money on an order over $30. I asked her why not and she said well I can give you a discount of $5. My mom agreed and I asked her again why I couldn’t have my money back and she said didn’t you just agree on $5 off that I never got back on my card. She was rude with an attitude and yelling at us. People had came in and ordered and left by the time we got our food and it wasn’t even good. She rolls her eyes and walks away then walks back and goes “okay so what’s the name” I told her again and she gave me attitude and said “it will be ready in 7-10 more minutes” I said “the app said it was ready which is why I came in” to which she said “well I said it will be 7-10 minutes” then the sauces I ordered were not included so I asked about them and she told me “we charge for those” and I had to tell her to check my receipt. I checked my food and noticed a piece of the Cheesy Bread was moved to put in a cup of sauce when it could have been handed to me not sure how sanitary this is. Read moreOrder a large pizza half with no cheese. When it was delivered it was smothered in cheese! The only thing that wasn't smothered in cheese was the cinnamon bread and it was sub par at best. Contacted the store spoke with the manager she was unwilling to help resolve the problem said we had to bring the pizza back. We had used a delivery service so what is the use of using a delivery service if they can't just remake the pizza and have the same delivery service send a new pizza out then correctly! The manager tried to blame the delivery service for mistake and making the pizza. It is the delivery services job to deliver the pizza and they did that well it is hungry Howie's job to make the pizza correct to the customers specifications and that they failed!
