Ordered pizza three times or more from this store - always a large order, and it was delivered every time, and drivers were tipped $10 cash - it was always good. Tonight, I ordered pizza at 5:40 pm; got the confirmation email, immediately; watched the progress online to see and waited. After an hour and 20 minutes, I decided to call - they said they hadn't received my order, but the online timeline said it was in "flavor check" for over an hour, but the guy said they were having computer problems, and asked if I'd already paid for it, and I said yes. He said he would resend the order, and I asked if it would be another 45 minutes since we were, now past the rush of the dinner hour, and he confirmed it would be about 45 minutes.
After another hour, I called again, and was informed that they didn't have my order, again! I was informed after about five minutes of waiting on the phone, that they wouldn't fill my order because I was out of their range of delivery, and that a manager was supposed to call me a week or so ago, and let me know that they wouldn't be delivering to us anymore at this address.
It's possible that they were having computer problems, tonight, but the guy in charge, that said he would reorder, immediately, straight up lied to me the second time. I would have been aggravated if they had cancelled on the first phone call, but another hour went by, and two hungry teens , before I was told they had cancelled my order, and they could have called me because they had our number right in front of them, but allowed this fiasco to continue for over two hours - so unnecessary =(
Have no complaints on the food from our past deliveries, but this manager caused a lot of upset for our family, tonight, but I want to thank the little girl who tried to handle this for her apologies...

The first time our order came to my house almost an hour and a half late, was cold and the driver had his beard covered in food and had his friend in the car with him. I called and then comp the meal. Tonight I put my order in about 345pm and waited in my living room watching tv for someone to come. Now 6pm and nothing. I called the store and told them about it and before I could finish the women who answered the phone cut me off and said she can have a new meal read and sent out. I told her no and refund me the whole amount. She claims that the driver was at my house and knocked loudly and called my phone. None of those happened. Read moreWe have had bad experiences with delivery from this place in the past but I’m not one to leave a bad review. Regina is amazing!! My son ordered the pizza and said payment was cash. I called right after and gave my card info (because we weren’t paying with cash) when she arrived she had a cash receipt she offered to call to get it straight but I called instead. I kept her on speaker and confirmed payment was correct. While I was taking care of all that she was keeping all 3 of my dogs company. (They we’re going crazy since there was a stranger present) they loved her! I was uneasy about ordering delivery but this girl is so SUPER nice!!! I hope she is the delivery girl from here on out!!!
