This is my third time here in two weeks. We have baseball every night so we eat out a lot. First time the server rolled her eyes BC we got there at 915 when they closed at 10. They turned ppl behind us away cuz our order will take to long so we left since it was “to busy for the cook”. Second time came back around 930 they closed at 12 that night Rachel was so amazing and caring I love her she’s the ONLY reason I came back she tried to help the night before but she was already off the clock. I came back solely for her to give it another chance. She was great. Today again same server as the first day rolled her eyes cuz we wanted to dine in at 9. My over priced under portioned food came. Missing multiple items. Fine, but my BLT came with two slices of bacon one for each side of the sandwich. There were more more tomatoes on it (I added that). My husband opted for a meal instead of the smaller portioned $5 meals and received a small meal portion. His ham was two triangles instead of half like the ham is actually sized. We just ordered the other day with Rachel. Some how this keeps happening. This restaurant needs people who care working at night. The manager shouldn’t be letting them turn so many people away. If you can’t handle the business than change your hours don’t keep pissing people off. The ppl they turned away will never come back because they let us walk in and wouldn’t serve them behind us, how unfair. Two more ppl wouldn’t have hurt anything. The night crew needs to be fired or a new manager needs to take over. Rachel is the only person who takes their job seriously here and when she leaves I will never return either. I’ll never come back unless...
Read moreNever order online. Tried twice. The first time, I was served raw pancakes (like, properly cold and gooey) and couldn't even send them back because I was too far from the store. The second time, I checked beforehand and had been given sausage instead of bacon. Not too big of a deal except the smell of sausage makes me physically ill. I take it in and request it replaced. Not only was this place dirty and grimey like the bathroom of some sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere, but the people running the place kept insisting that I had made the mistake and that I was wrong for complaining. Multiple people, mind you. To quote, the one said, "oh, well, you have to make sure to say you don't want sausage." To which I replied, "I know. I specifically selected the option for no sausage on the website and did everything I could do from my end." I understand that it's frustrating, but geez. To be told four times in the ten minutes it took to fix my order that it was my fault that I had gotten sausage is just laughable. Then, to top it off, the bacon was floppy, the pancakes were burnt, and the drink tasted so strongly of poorly-filtered tap water (it was a carbonated soda, but there was no flavor that could cover that aftertaste) that I actually risked eating the burnt pancakes without a drink because it was so disgusting. I'm not trying again, and I still feel like I'm going to be sick hours later which I wouldn't be surprised based solely on the thick layer of dust and dirt over the entire establishment. Just walking in made me feel like I needed a...
Read moreCan't give any stars for food because we did not have any food. Thet were short staffed, there were two employees supposedly. There were two tables that were already there, we came in, and the young lady explained they were short staffed and that it was herself and the cook, and it would be about 15 minutes before we could get our order placed. We were ok with that. We waited and watched several people come and go because there was no service when they walked in. We waited about 20-25 min before we decided to leave. We never got drinks while we waited. I feel if you are that understaffed, then they should have closed the restaurant or brought people in.
We did go to the other IHOP in Brooksville, which was understaffed as well, had the same amount of tables, but we received service so much faster. Our drinks were brought out quickly, and we placed our order at the same time . Within 10 minutes, we had our order. Our server was wonderful. She had told us that she was cancer free as of that day. She was very friendly and great with the grandchildren. If anyone goes there, please, if you get a chance to be served by her, you won't regret it. HER NAME IS STEPHANIE.
Kudos to her for being upbeat, friendly, and full of life. She is a remarkable lady. Thank you for the...
