Read moreDelicious Bagels! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Perfection. I would have given 5 stars but the service is SLOW. I walked in to one person being served and her order was finished. 4 employees. Somehow I still had to wait 10 minutes to place my order as the counter lady ignored me to continual deal with other things that the 3 other employees could have handled. I ordered a side of Lox, to then be told it would be another 5 minutes before I got that. Maybe had you gotten my order right away I would have gotten the lox in my then 10 minute wait. (for 2 sliced bagels and a side of cream cheese -unassembled)
So, delicious bagels, but don't bother stopping in if you are on your way to work.
UPDATE 10.24.24: Jeff's Bagel Run has definitely improved with their customer service. I stopped in today and was promptly served and my bagels came out fast. A complete turn around from my first experience.
That being said, I got a lox box to go with my everything bagels. The lox box is very generous, lots of lox, and toppings to go with it. Sadly my cucumber slices were turning translucent and very slimy. Bleck! I didn't trust eating. The date was marked 10/25 so if they are this slimy today on 10/24, I'd hate to see what they look like tomorrow when someone buys a box.
So, delicious bagels, great service, just order your lox box freshly made and not from the refrigerator next to...
Read more5 stars for the delicious bagels, definitely come for the bagels and cream cheese! Bagels were super soft and fluffy inside and had a good crunch yet chewy crust, my teeth just sank into them. The cream cheeses were great as well, airy and smooth like butter; we got the blueberry, Asiago cheese, jalapeños cheddar, and Asiago everything bagels with onion chives cream cheese. They do not toast your bagels here and cream cheese comes on the side, no restrooms, no indoor seating; more of a grab and go sort of deal. Unfortunately, I’d give zero stars for the coffee…Probably the worst nitro cold brew I’ve ever had; it tasted like flat watered-down coke with a weird sour aftertaste. It was just so sadly diluted, I don’t know if I just got a bad batch..? but it’s not how nitro cold brews are supposed to be. I even tried to add extra brown sugar syrup to fix it to offset the sourness but there was no saving it ): I only treat myself to coffee once a week to cut back on caffeine, so this was a major letdown. I’d grab bagels from here and coffee else where next time.
Tip* Try a nitro cold brew from Starbucks with 4 pumps of white mocha and salted...
