Customer service is going downhill. I ordered $30 dollars worth of food and they made my sandwich wrong because they insist on making it in the back and you can’t see what they’re doing. I called and they told me to come back and bring the sandwich with me even though I told them I live far away. I had to make 2 phone calls to get a credit on one sandwich. Then I tried them again, they acted like they were in a race even though they only had one other family to wait on. They interrupted me when I tried to them what I wanted on the sandwiches I ordered, the girl interrupted me and said to wait and tell someone else what I wanted.....then They made my sandwiches in the back again and then had an attitude when I told them what I wanted on them because they were already wrapped. They rush you through the line like cattle. Then when I arrived home, we had to throw our hot sandwiches out because they literally put the equivalent to a gallon of mayo on them and the bread was so soggy you couldn’t even hold it in your hands. I took pics, but guess I can’t post photos to this site. We love Jersey Mike’s, but thank goodness there is a new location off Summerlin. I won’t be back. Sad because my fiancé’ has been coming here for 15 years. Hope the owner finds out what’s going...
Read moreI am a very unhappy customer right now! On numerous occassions I have went to your location of US 41 & Crystal Dr. before your closing time of 9:00 pm & the doors were locked. Few times I have came there & got in but was told they were out of bread or got an attitude as if they were being inconvenienced to make my food. Tonight I went there at 8:30 & the doors once again were locked. As I was going back to my vehicle, 4 other vehicles pulled in & tried going in as well. We all witnessed the employees hiding in the back room laughing. Several of us tried calling the stores phone but with no success of anyone answering. I did notice also that the voice recorder was that of a local cell phone number, which I found to be odd. I choose this location due to them working with some of our local children who are sick with cancer, in which I support & respect 100%. However, if you have a closing time on the door of 9:00 pm, then you should be closing at 9:00 pm. I will be contacting management tomorrow...
Read moreThis whole experience made my day. It is always refreshing to see customer service professionals in action. Very rare nowadays. I really enjoyed the banter we shared back and forth. The first young lady has a 1 year old named Liam. Such a great smile and wonderful personality. She made me feel right at home. And, her counterpart--the other young lady (2months in). She was delightful. They had such a camaraderie and willingly showed that the loved working with each other and valued the customers. The two of them made this normal sub experience for me an inspiration for this review. Please commend them for their remarkable attentiveness and frisky playfulness. I live in Orlando but will definitely be back (quietly hoping to run into that tandem again).
