Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

This was my first time ever going to a Jersey Mike's. Its been a place Ive been meaning to try for the longest, but I've heard many mixed feelings about this sub place. Needless to say on this particular day I decided to try it out. First impression was OMFG look at all these people... I also started looking around and it didn't look too clean. I decided the hell with it can't judge a book by its cover, and they are a little busy maybe they hadn't had the time to clean up... I made it to the front to make my order and the people were very respectful and nice. After a 20 min wait after paying for my meal I was ready to GO!! Lol...I got home and when I opened my sandwich it smelled great but by the looks of the chicken it looked dry and not very savory. To say the least, i wasn't very blown away by the food. I ordered a BIG SPICY CHICKEN KAHUNA regular size . The sandwich was dry tasting, definitely not what i was expecting and a real bummer. Unfortunately this isn't a place I could see myself...

BEWARE of the young rude staff @ stuart jersey mikes. If you door dash from there because you don't want to go in & deal with the rude staff they won't send you everything you got charged for but when you call and ask to speak to manager because they say they cant help you they hang up on you!! They SCAM their customers out of what they got charged for. when I waited & called back to speak to manager "Carissa" she lied & refused to refund me for what I didn't get & refused to resend missing items then said they were too busy to pack my entire order and people make mistakes so I should just deal with it & she hung up on me. I've reported this to door dash & corporate now. SHAME on jersey Mikes in stuart FL. You either need a whole new staff or just shut down because it's not worth patronizing this...

I see lots of reviews about the friendly service. My experience was different, don't go in 15 min before closing unless you want really rude workers telling you they are closed which is why there are no toppings or other choices for bread. Price was also a bit much for what you get. I was really looking forward to trying this for the first time since I just moved and it's down the street from my house, but due to the service I recieved I will probably not go back. Owner/manager might want to inform their night staff that a paying customer is a paying customer regardless of what time they come in during the hours of operation. (And I've worked in food service and understand its frustrating when someone comes in close to closing time, but I would have never treated a...
