Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

The employee are super nice and the sandwiches are very good and I love the Cheese steak and all the way baby!!!!!! Just went in there the other day and I walked in and as I was going to the counter to place my order this guy yelled at me and said it's going to be a 15 or 20 minute wait we just got a bunch of orders then and I was like okay I just walked in the door I'm just looking at the menu and when he did that it just rubbed me the wrong way and I looked around and there was hardly anybody in there I understand it might have been to go orders but it just didn't sit well with me so I was just like I'm out of here okay have a good night so they just lost a customer because now I won't go back there I didn't feel comfortable at all !!!!!! they made decent Philly cheese steaks cuz I lived in Philly for 15 years but that being said yeah I wasn't crazy about the attitude in there that night and that certain guy must not have much experience because he definitely was overwhelmed. My friend decided to go back the very next day and i had not said anything to him about me walking out. He then told me that he had gotten a cheese steak from Jersey Mikes in Navarre and that it wasnt a very good cheese steak at all and he is from Queens NY. I arrived 7 min after my online order said it was ready for pickup. When asked about my order, the red head female went to look and stated “he’s just finishing it up.” 5 min later I see the cook begin to make my order. I asked and was again told it was being finished. When my order came out I asked the redhead female for her name so I could include it when I complained to the manager. She refused. The African American male then asked what my problem was, I told him. She stepped back in and demanded that she never told me the order was being finished up. Yet another lie. When I answered back, she then said “well I guess I just chose the wrong words.” The AA male asked for my name so he could ban me from coming back. I stated my name and reminded him that it was on my online order. As I exited the store, the female yelled “don’t come back! We arrived around noon for lunch and were the first in line. The line person was making a sandwich while one was on the grill. He proceeded to take about 5 minutes to finish the to-go sandwiches before coming over to me. I ordered at the counter (one turkey sandwich). In the meantime, another man had come in behind us and the worker asked what he wanted. He proceeded to cut our turkey and the other man's sandwich which had ham, turkey, salami, and what felt like 3 other meats. Another lady and her daughter had walked in. He asked what they wanted and cut their sandwiches too. He then dressed all 4 of our sandwiches instead of one at a time. We waited 20 minutes for one turkey sandwich when we were first in line. It felt like we were punished for being the first ones in line, as we had to wait for everybody else in the store's sandwich to be made before we could checkout.
