Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

So i don't know if it's this location or corporate but these people are fishing for a lawsuit. The manager told me it is cutbacks and things are changing, and if that's the case they need to change the photos of their food too. I grew up in Michigan eating this. The quality was always mid level, but this is just crazy. Cheese bread was literally less than a quarter inch thick piece of bread with almost no cheese on it and barely cooked. It looked like flat bread, and compare that to what it was and the photo. I gave it a few months and figured I'd try again and ordered a pretzel pizza. There was 0 sauce on it, hardly any cheese, and the crust had not been brushed nearly at all by the soda water, so it was just a mildly discolored regular crust with about 6 pieces of salt on each one. Not even close to wait it was, nor what it being advertised. Probably gonna try a location nearby to see if it's the same, if not gonna report them to corporate to prevent them from getting sued into oblivion. This is so far removed from what little Caesars was I'd wonder if someone is just making dough at home and winging it, badly. Today about 530 pm I made the crazy decsion to come in and place a huge order, 5 cheesy bread and 7 classic pizzas and 1 EMB thin crust. And of course they was super busy, I expected to have a wait, no problem. 30 mins went by and I asked where my order was? She must have been some manager, in a greyish shirt, was on it getting my order together. She then hands me some of my pizzas and the cheese bread. She gives me two extra, loaded meat large pizzas, on her, and then tried to give me back $60 of my money because of my wait. I refused to take the money back because she had done nothing wrong. She was apologizing about a wait she had no control over. They had more pizzas being ordered then the cooks in the back could apparently count. She was doing an amazing job. So working in the food industy I've been there and you're doing great work, keep it up! To the ones in the back that was making pizzas, communication is a very important tool to have and use while working espically when orders are coming in left and right. We will definitely be back! I ordered my pizza at 5:15pm for a future pickup at 6:30pm... I got there early and the new girl at the front said they were working on it... I sat there waiting and waiting until the 6:35pm pickup time surpassed and went back up there and when first couldn't find my order then a lady from the back came out and found it and she said it is being a prepared... Then my tracking of the pizza order finally changed at 6:38pm... I finally received my pizza at 6:55pm... If I had t already paid for it I would have walked out... I would just get the hot and ready or don't order from this location since it doesn't seem like they can keep up with the orders ..

Update** - After a few months hiatus from Little Caesars we were driving by and decided to give them another chance... Wait time actually wasn't bad for a Friday at 4:00 but we ended up getting a deep dish pizza with no sauce one it 🙄... No answer when we tried to call... So it may be time to stop...
