We have been Jet's customers of over 7 years and order every week for our “girls night”. We have not had a negative experience before this evening. We did not receive our pre-scheduled, pre-paid delivery order for our dinner party so we called to check on the order 35 minutes after the pre-scheduled time. After being on hold for a very long time, a young man answered the phone and was extremely rude when we explained the order was never delivered (after checking with her neighbors to see if they received it), he refused to replace the order or give confirmation on a refund. and all he could say was "yep - we are too busy to replace your order right now". When the paying customer (my friend) asked to speak to a manager the young man simply said “I am the manager”. When my friend came back in practically in tears over her horrible experience in simply asking the order to be replaced, I asked who she spoke to so we can escalate the issue. She said he never even gave a name & just said “I am the manager”. I called back and when the “manager” answered the phone, I verbally confirmed he is the “manager” I asked his name as we had just spoken to him and failed to get his name as we plan to escalate his rude demeanor and lack of concern over a paying customer not receiving their food. He said “Derek. AND WHAT’S YOUR NAME??” He then said “Is that all you need?” DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PALM HARBOR JETS PIZZA and Derek has no business being in "management" or any customer service role for that matter.

Once you have jets there is no better pizza. Today we decided to do Uber eats from this location as we didn’t want to make the drive ourselves. We ordered 2, 8 corner pizzas. If you know anything about jets the corners are the best part and the reason they offer an 8 corner pizza on their menu. My order arrived today... the order arrived and there was a 15 piece pizza. We also ordered ranch. Another great product of Jets that you crave. I called this location back and they said they were out of the 8 corner pizza and were substituting it with a 15 piece pizza. Once again the corners is why you order the pizza. So I called them back. This is during covid where they seal the pizza to make you feel good about the virus. When I got ahold of someone they straight blamed it on Uber eats. Saying that should have checked the order?!? ITS SEALED!! HOW ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO CHECK THE ORDER?!? I asked what they could do and they said call Uber eats. I get if Uber messed up. But your boxes are sealed.. how are they to inspect the order? I am from Detroit and grew to love Detroit. To get this “pass the blame” attitude from Jets Pizza Is unexpected. Before covid I used to order pizza for my staff to the amount of $400 per order every other week. Read moreSo we are outside of the Jets delivery zone so my husband called chats in Palm Harbor and spoke to someone and asked him since the app doesn’t have a way of requesting half A topping on a pizza what do we need to do. He was told by an employee chats to call back in and the manager can correct it. We went on Uber eats who delivers to our area from jet’s in Palm Harbor places the order and within one minute or less he called and told him that he needed to request which side gets which item on it. . They said we placed our order six minutes prior and it was already done. It’s a Friday night. how do you make and cook a special order pizza in six minutes? We literally called no more than one minute After the order was placed. So I called back requested a manager and I got Nick on the phone the kid literally got defensive started yelling told me I called him a liar, which I never did. He told me he made one pizza and yet a second pizza All in under 20 minutes from the time we placed our offer. How is this possible? he told me he would cancel it the order even though I never asked him to cancel it… just like I never called him A liar… not once did those words ever come out of my mouth. I tried telling he I needed a code yo login to Uber ears and I gladly share the screen shot of the text. He told me “THAT DOES NOT MATTER YO ME”! He wouldn’t let me even finish my sentence.
