We ventured to JJ’s again. Great choice! I purchased a different sub than before which was equally delicious 😋. My Dear Husband and son got their own. Everyone enjoyed their meal! Thanks again!

I love salads over subs. But, this is an excellent exception. We ordered 2 #17’s and a J.J. Gargantuan for Thursdays lunch. A sub shop we’ve slept on. Wow, what an amazing sandwich, no kidding. I had a giant sized sandwich, which I cut in half. My son thought mine was his and ate it. Later on in the day while I was napping he asked Dad about the other sandwich. I woke up thinking of this sandwich lol. I found out I had nothing left. Until...

Red headed heavy set gentlemen treats minority customers poorly. The first time I received poor service, I gave him the benefit of doubt that maybe he's having a bad day. When it's now occurred a second and a third time, now I have to accept it for what it is. On this third visit I realized there are no minority employees. I suspect the gentleman is a manager/owner-operator as he is there everytime I go at the end of the sandwich line. Kinda sucks because it's close and convenient but mistreatment on 3 occasions cannot be ignored

If they start hiring minorities, I suspect it'll be for closing shift i.e....

Ordered a toasted Italian sub which comes with bacon "untoasted". Was told that JJ policy is that a toasted sub can only come toasted. I asked is it the same bread and was told yes. So JJ says its toasted take it or leave it. BAD company service to tell customer, you can only have it OUR WAY. Screw you Jimmy Johns, I am the customer. I was walking out angry and the Employee Eric, stopped me and said he would make it right and He Did. Eric was very professional, helpful and Friendly. The 5 Stars is for...
