Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service coupled with AWFUL food that they couldn’t even be bothered to prepare correctly. Don’t waste your money or time on this location. They messed up everything in our order and we just had to throw it out. I reached out to have the issue corrected and had to deal with people that had the customer service of a doorknob. The first manager I spoke with was completely uninterested in helping, the GM on site simply passed the issue to the “regional manager.” Given the issues we had we explicitly said we neither wanted a credit nor a re-delievery, we don’t trust the food anymore nor their ability to correctly produce it. The regional manager kept arguing us over just wanting to issue a credit and despite the fact I said we could submit photo evidence of what’s wrong from the weird blue stuff in the turkey meat to the hair in my drink she did not care. She had a horrible attitude and was more concerned about telling me how to address the issue rather than solving the issue to begin with. Mind you not only did these conversations take place in a corporate office but IN FRONT of my boss and coworkers who ordered the food, if your “regional manager” can’t handle that basic level of customer service deciding to respond to it with, “I’m not going to put anymore energy into this, I will send the refund just as long as you agree to never call this restaurant back again.” It’s no wonder the quality of food and service was...

HOW HARD CAN IT BE? 10/22/24 Pensacola FL Palafox location, Chk #39. Only one car ahead of me at drive thru. After 10 minute wait ordered chicken Cesar wrap combo and twice I emphasized flour tortilla. Told large soft drink only on combo. When I got to the window, I cancelled the combo and asked attendant to change order to sandwich only since I did not want a large coke. Attendant did not even bother to offer me a smaller drink size. I again emphasized flour tortilla. After another longer than usual wait a different attendant came to window and asked me what I had ordered. I again emphasized flour tortilla on the chicken cesar wrap. Staff was very scattered and unfocused. When I got home found that they used a herb wrap tortilla! Second visit this month, can't understand the long waits and getting my order wrong AGAIN. Going back to Subway or Firehouse in future. I try to frequent this location as it is the closest to my house but y'all make it harder and harder considering half the time you're supposed to be open there will be a sign on the drive thru speaker stating you're opening late due to staffing. Yesterday I tried to place an order in the drive thru, there were 2 cars ahead of me but the open signs had been turned around like you were closed. I sat at the speaker for what seemed like forever and no one ever took my order so I backed out and left. Again today I go, open signs showing, neon lights on etc. I again sit at the speaker box for a very long time and once again no one takes my order. I pulled up to the window and there was no one to be seen. When this location IS open the staff is friendly and the food is good which is the only reason I'm giving a star at all.
