Our first time visiting Jimmy John's on Navy Blvd .would just like to say it was a terrible experience. we ordered two subs two drinks two bags of chips and one cookie. It was $34.11 one of the men in the back said that is wrong .A young girl came to the register and explained they charged us for and extra sub she had no idea how to refund the money finally she said I need to call my boss. Then came back and gave me $6.79 in cash back still at $27.00 to eat subs was outrageous we ask for combo meals one employee says yes and the other says we don't have combo.I have to say Firehouse subs have you bet.As I paid for my lunch at Jimmy John's and found out they charged me to much I observed the employees ,,young men hugging and giving each other high fives, also the young men having long hair making sandwiches without hairnets ,,, very unprofessional ,,,.who ever the manager is needs to be aware of there employees training. We will not be back at Jimmy John's very poor management and very poor training for employees to know what kind of sandwiches they have on there menu..Thanks for the experience of trying...
Read moreI've had two bad experiences with my service and meal. I believe it was the bootleger sub I bought for lunch and i get it to my work place and can't go back to return it. Half the sandwich has mayonnaise that has turned translucent and you can see how they smeared it to hide that they scraped the old mayonnaise and mixed it. The only bite I had was with cotton mouth dry roast beef that led me to inspect the rest of the sandwich. My next experience today was with service the call out my order which was a lunch box but when I walked up there was no "box" just half the order sitting on the counter, that led me to believe my sub was not ready so I sat down and waited longer. Normally this would not be a big deal but today I was in a hurry and a little forethought would go a long way because you are not just carrying a sub out the door. I've always eaten at Jimmy Johns and will continue at a different location. Both times I've tipped very well and got...
Read moreI order a sub and ask for mayo because I found if you don;t ask you get a dry sandwich. I for one don't understand a dry sandwich, never have. I was told that they can no longer put mayo on sandwiches due to cost control but they can give me a couple mayo packets. I clearly saw a tub of mayo in their station. The last time I went I asked for mayo as they were making my sandwich and was told sorry they didn't charge me for mayo' so they couldn't add it, as I only had my debit card they could not run a charge just for mayo. My fault for going back. Yet as I work in the area they periodically come around with samples one of which is a ham and cheese, which is what I always get--and they ALWAYS have mayo on their samples. When they first opened I ordered same, got back to work and had a dry sandwich, they never informed me on day one that I was getting a dry sandwich. So Jimmy John's, I will never be back and I will never...
