Ordered 2 sandwiches ( Italian night club Italian unwich), and bought a frenchi. Got home which is 11 miles and 25 minutes away. Started eating and realized that something tasted off. No mayo, no cheese..in either sandwich. We had no mayo or cheese at home or I would have used my own- even though I payed for it in my sandwich. They also left out the ranch cup I payed for. I called to explain. Sounded like the person who made my sandwich answered the phone. He said if I came back he would remake both sandwiches . I explained I could not drive back 25 minutes and then back home again another 25 minutes ...has to be at work -hence the “fast food” choice. Not to mention the cost of gas and my time. He took down my phone number and assured me his manager would call me back so I can return the following day so they could remake the sandwiches. No surprise...never got a call back. I came back Friday afternoon and spoke to Nick- who was extremely RUDE. He offered to give me a buy one get one sandwich and said I should be grateful “ he’s trying to be nice about it” there was nothing even remotely nice about his tone And the way he was starring at me. I told him I was very upset and was going to talk to his superior and he scoffed and said “ I don’t care, go ahead” wow.. are usually do not go out of my way to leave negative reviews unless I had a very unpleasant experience and this would count in my top 5. Read moreMy husband stopped and picked me up my favorite turkey sub on his way home from Naples yesterday. I am allergic to onions, so he is always sure to tell the person taking the order what to put on the sandwich. Turkey, provolone, lettuce and tomatoes and Dry with no dressing. When he arrived home, which is an hour north of Estero, he gave me the sandwich I took one bite and it had onions. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue for people as they would just remove the onions. However, my mouth was on fire as onions cause this reaction for me. I called the store and spoke with Dan, he was so nice and apologized for the error. He told me he would have the manager , Sherry call me the next morning. I had to call her. She was extremely rude. She told me she was informed by Dan regarding this issue and she would only give me a refund if we returned to the store 1 hour away. I asked if the could credit our card , she responded " ma'am I am busy, that's all I can do". She hung up on me before I was done talking to her. She didn't apologize for what the onions did to my mouth. I called back to ask another question, She said, don't call back and hung up. Nasty manager. Read moreNever had I ever been disrespected by one of the staff .I normally come in & order with no issue this time I decided to order and have them deliver. Not only I had to call back a hour later to see where my food was they said it was there it didn’t get put in delivery mode ( that’s fine mistakes happen). Food was delivered 2 mins later great been waiting for this moment . I ate the most soggiest sandwich Ever ! I then called and asked 2 questions who was the man I was talking to earlier bc I didn’t know his name she said that’s the manager he’s on the other line so then I asked her the question I was going to ask him since he was busy was that sandwich the same sandwich that was on the counter delivered to me because I was soggy .. She then hung up; no let me ask someone . I went over there so I can show them the sandwich also asked the lady why she hung up on me . Her answer was I was rude . Rude !! I asked two questions and instead of hold on let me find out or I’ll get you to the manager. Nothing . If you pick up the phone you should know how to talk to customers. I’m so disgusted and disappointed in this lady’s behavior let’s hope her attitude outside of work is better than what she was showing who knows what...
