Joseph's Organic Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

Joseph's Bakery has wonderful and healthy foods to choose from. I stopped eating bread because I could not find one that only had, water, ancient grain flour, and sea salt as the three ingredients. I was having issues with my digestive track. Breads of any kind made me bloated and gain weight. Plus, they never kept me feeling full. But recently, I discovered Joseph's Organic breads. I ordered loaves of both the Kamut and Einkorn breads. They are delicious and I feel full for hours after eating one slice. I did not hear any grumbling in my stomach or have any bloating.

They arrived nicely packaged and in a timely manner. The day they arrived I had a question, and I called, and Joseph answered the phone. Our conversation was enlightening because he was able to share knowledge about his products. I enquired about the Olive Oil and he explained how the oil is made from ancient Heirloom trees. After hanging up, I immediately ordered a bottle of the olive oil, another loaf of Kamut bread, a blueberry lemon Kamut cake, and a box of the Cistus Tea. Everything arrived in two days! My husband and I love the flavor and smell of the olive oil. We feel healthier using it because of how it is extracted and the fact we are getting all the health benefits, unlike the traditional olive oils. The vegan cake is delicious and also fills us up for hours. I love the taste of the Cistus Tea and the fact that it helps reduce inflammation in my knee.

I could not be happier with the products I have purchased from Joseph. I am back to eating bread and I am enjoying a slice each morning. My husband even likes the breads and no longer is eating his store-bought rye bread. Also, he bikes daily, and he is eating a slice of bread to give him energy before he rides for 15 miles.

I haven’t been there yet. However I truly feel like this place is an answer from God and me crying out for help. The places looks pretty awesome the Pizzas seem very resonantly priced. I know organic is expensive and I know Miami is expensive. I think I have stickler shock a little bit from how much a 16 oz frozen soup is. However from what I gather it’s probably very nutrient dense. Also this stuff all sounds like it’s basically handmade and the opposite of mass production. I hope and pray I can find some stuff that is within my means. Again I realize this stuff is more expensive to put together. From about anime hour search online looking at place all over Florida and New York this place has pretty good reviews. I think one woman who wasn’t happy doesn’t understand the concept of Kamut and the gluten subject may be a bit misunderstood by them. Another person seemed very happy but only left a 2 star review. I bet if Josep was able to respond to those folks and explain the grain etc and politely ask them if they would consider changing their review rating he would probably have a very close to 5 star rating. I pray to God this places is as good as it sounds. This is they type of place I’ve been looking for in order to help me heal. I guess I can try to survive off of some of his bread and ghee whenever the bakery is closed, lol. Shalom I was having stomach issues and eating bad foods and stumbled on this bakery and it helps with stomach pains and digestion issues.. it is also a good bread for proteins, carbs, and aminos i believe that helped my mind /brain /body grow and have real nutrients and real guilt free ingredients to build on with all the junk in this world i am happy to be a patient here and love what they do for the community! Thank you!!! I only wish i knew of them earlier which is why i insist you buying from them asap for people of all ages!! It is a dense bread that fills you up which is why i consider it Mana!
