The moment you walk in the atmosphere is very soothing and very positive it feels like home! It’s a very quit and peaceful place. The lady on the cashier was so friendly she gave us all the time we need to look at the menu and order. Although she was working alone that day but she managed to serve us very quickly. The coffee is to die for! This is the second time I visit this place and I can’t get over how good the coffee is that I had to drag my friend along with me for a second try. The prices are very affordable, I was surprised how cheap it is to size up the cup of coffee (sizes are small, medium and large) and the money difference is like a couple of cents only. I love Juan Valdez. I drink it every morning. While I was visiting the mall I noticed they had a store so I went in for a coffee. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. After my wife and I taught the manager how to use the rewards system he wanted to catch an attitude and be super defensive instead of just admitting he doesn’t know how to do his job.
