I’m writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your restaurant in the Florida Mall. While I understand that busy periods are part of the business, the situation I observed reflected a lack of control and preparedness from the team on duty.
The associates appeared visibly stressed, and the manager was not effectively leading or providing support to help the team navigate the rush. This lack of direction was evident in the way orders were handled. For instance, my drink was served immediately after ordering, but I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food. By the time my order was ready, the drink was watered down from the ice—this may seem minor, but it reflects the kind of disorganized service that affects overall customer satisfaction.
As an HR professional, I strongly recommend coaching and retraining for both management and frontline staff. Strong leadership, composure under pressure, and a more customer-focused approach are essential to delivering a positive experience—even during high-demand times.
I hope you take this feedback constructively, as my intention is to see your team and service...
Read moreOn Saturday, August 9th, I got there at 3:30pm. There were 5 people in front of me and about 10 others waiting for their order. They were really upset because they said it would take 30 minutes for their food. I paid and waited for my order for 45 minutes. I asked an employee about my order and he told me my ticket hadn't appeared. I spoke to the manager named Angel and he disgustedly told me that orders are issued in order of arrival. I explained that I had been there for 45 minutes and the employee said that the ticket hadn't appeared. He told me again to wait for my order and that it was first arrived. I told him to give me my money and he looked at me, laughed in my face, then got serious and said that was fine. I told him I had been there for 45 minutes and not even the ticket had appeared. He told me again that I had to wait for my turn and he laughed. I was an assistant manager at PR in two El Meson stores in the southern area of Puerto Rico and the way he worked was not correct, much less...
Read moreI eat here regularly and I love the food . I do have a few issues . I always have to wait over 20 minutes for my food… not because it’s not made it’s usually sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before my name is called and I’m not sure but there’s always an attitude from the manager with the dark hair . She speaks to the other staff poorly I don’t speak Spanish fluently but I understand perfectly. The guy is always talking to a short girl when he could be helping the staff like a team …. There always comments being thrown around that aren’t professional. Especially for management…I just think it would be better if maybe she didn’t yell or speak rudely…. Lastly you have great staff they always help just maybe if your management was less involved in personal conversation and helped a bit more things would move smoother …. Your loyal...
