We had our son’s 3rd birthday there. Although our son had a blast but as the parent who had to deal with the logistics of the party I was a bit disappointed in the whole process. You’re allowed to start setting up 30 mins prior to the start of the party.
I was told they would remove the existing plastic table cloth on the table, which was not removed. This one isn’t a big deal but it’s bit annoying when I went there a day prior and spoke with a manager on duty about the party. The floor also seemed dirty when we arrived. I don’t even know our host name. He never introduced himself and I just assumed he was our host. We didnt know what to expect or the process once the guest arrives. We didn’t know where to get the socks and we had to find the host to get the kids info on their clipboard. We were never offered the juice or the unlimited water that comes with the package. Thank goodness we brought our own. I made a special birthday sign to be shown on the TV but we couldn’t figure it out and neither did the host. He said that you can access it if you’re on their WiFi which he didn’t know the password. Our host did his best to find different alternative to get it on the TV but no luck. More than half of the kids weren’t able to attend due to being sick. I was told they charge only the kids that show up. So they ordered 3 boxes of pizza but didn’t confirm how many kids were showing up. I don’t mind paying for the cost of the food they ordered but the host kept hinting to leave the food. We had catering plus the pizza. So I offered for him and his coworkers to grab food and gave them a whole box of pizza.
We do appreciate the help we received when setting up. He helped get water for the food tray and get the ladder to get the balloons that floated to the ceiling.
When we left, it was nice to see that he wiped down everything, including the legs...
Read moreIntro disclaimer: most of the 5 star reviews are due to the promotion of free plays with review so that’s why there’s a lot. Now that’s out of the way let’s get started with an honest review. Is it an amazing place? Not really. Is it a fun place for people who either have kids or want to enjoy claw machines.
Is it costly? Yeah it mixed prices starting around 5 to 15.7 per play. So be ready for not, along with the exact cash thing+ tax if your doing the kiosk. Really iffy on the prices for the plays and cards
The staff is all good, didn’t really have any issues with them, they were kind, and provided free baggies when needed.
Now you’re probably here for the answer of: how are the claw machines? Well that’s where experience+ patience+ pure scam comes into play. Sometimes you gotta really know and think which prize is able to grab now or wait to grab later for some of the machines it’s that. Some are pure machine set for weak claw until it hits a certain amount of plays. The pure luck is more the ping pong ball game random chances. The whole ticket system just seems to crappy for it to be a thing. But hey it’s part of the business world. Gives different opportunities
Honestly if you have the spending money sure go ahead. But it definitely isn’t worth a lot of money when you can just probably buy it on temu, SHEIN, and even Amazon Hauls
Only giving two stars due to the kind staff. Bad pricing, possible rigged games, and more focused on a “play room” than the games is...
Read moreI brought my kids here for my daughter’s birthdays. Planned it months ahead as they saw videos on YouTube about this location and really wanted to go. We Drove 3 hours to get here. We bought the largest credit option, $105 for 380 credits. We very quickly realized the machines are rigged to lose until payout. We have a claw machine at home so we know the deal. Most of the machines that are worth playing are 15-18 credits FOR ONE PLAY. $105 got us approximately 8 minutes of playing. I felt bad for my kids so we let them play in the play area for 30 minutes which is $52 for 4 kids. I forgot to mention they won 3 tiny keychains in those 8 minutes and they were off branded plush that were not good quality. The toys in the store are over priced, cheaper on Amazon. We won’t be coming back. Don’t fall for the YouTube videos, they’re clearly not showing all of the plays they had to use or the staff is giving them pity plush. Very disappointing. I had a good laugh when I saw the little grocery carts at the door as we left. Don’t worry, you won’t be needing those unless you plan to spend at least $400. And at that rate you can walk down to the toy stores and purchase the prices cheaper. They also have the ugly off brand plush in the play zones and you have to win at least 3 of them to exchange for the real prize (hello kitty, Pokemon, stitch). Save your money, go to Dave...
