Honestly shared on a different review but my dad is a cancer patient and they really screwed him over so i have to give another bad review thats how mad i am for this. This happened months ago but we ordered to go my dad got pancakes i got stuffed french toast. I got home no pancakes everything else was there. We called on the phone and the manager or she said she was manager ASHLEY said WE will put it in the computer next time you come in we will give you a free pancakes or money off for pancakes something like that. So He goes to eat there orders pancakes etc. Bill comes he says he has a credit. They said no you dont??!?!?! He asks for a manager ashley comes over says um you are not getting free or money off anything . just lying about the conversation and said something like they dont put them in the computer like that. This was not even that much longer. So he just paid , The managers will lie to you about giving you free stuff i actually liked this place until they screwed my dad who honestly is not doing that well with cancer and cant go out as much as we used too. When we came in a young man walked up to us and I told him two people and he walked and showed us a table. We sat down and staff members were walking back-and-forth, helping other customers even next to us, but did not say a word to us. Ten minutes later no one had even approached us or spoke to us... nothing. So, I asked for the manager. When the manager came, I explained the situation and she immediately handled us with utmost care and professionalism. Her name is Jessica. She Explained that they were short staffed due to two employees calling out today and they had new people so she was in the back helping to get the food out so other guest would not have to wait for their meals. She acknowledged our situation, apologized, and said she would take care of our meal. She kept us know that we should have been at least greeted with a smile and told that they were shortstaffed and would be with us soon. She then came back and checked on us an additional two times and we just appreciate when life gets hectic, and you donโt do the right thing that managers like Jessica step up and take care of the customer. Nah, went back the next week. Was it getting plastic tablewear? Interesting that another waitress brought out real silverware to another couple just a few minutes later. Maybe it was subbing one kind of cheese for another without saying anything. Seriously, you subbed American cheese for feta on a GREEK omelette?? Or subbing Swiss for American? Tell me, so I can make the decision!! I would've easily ordered something else (and something more expensive, which raises your tip!!) It's hard to tell where the problem is, the kitchen or the wait staff. Needless to say, today was our last time at this place. And when I politely complain, AFTER paying the bill AND leaving an exceptional tip (close to 50%), don't throw your manager under the bus, because the problems existed when she was a waitress.
