If I could, I will give this store a 0 star. Only because I went there on Christmas Eve. The store schedule said they were going to close at 6:00pm. I tried to enter, and one of the employees at front said I wasn’t allow to go inside because they were going home already. And it was only 5:20pm. I told her next time, they should change the schedule to close early. I was really upset since traveled from California to see my family, and needed to buy some last minutes gifts and...

I must say that coming into this store and knowing that Sherri is working makes my shopping alot more pleasurable. First because the store is extremely hot, and shopping while it's hot is frustrating, but because I know Sherri will help me find what I'm looking for and she's a speedy check out. I appreciate her conversation, customer service her laugh is the best. She is an asset to this company , I hope they appreciate her as much as I do. She's a keeper. ...

We love doing our shopping at Marshall's, and the staff here is amazing!!! Having said that, we do not appreciate the "Pet friendly " policy!!!! Just today, I ran into a lady with a small dog on very long leach which was about 6-7 feet long. There was a customer that almost tripped over the leash. Then the dog got underneath all the long women's dresses and brushed up on all the garments. Marshall's should review this...
