La Brasa Grill - Kendall — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I had such an unpleasant experience here. Went to go have lunch here. The food was good. However, on my way out I noticed that the back of my car was crashed into while I was in the restaurant. I spoke to the manager and she claimed that she didn't have access to the cameras. WEIRD. Ok, so I asked her to please contact the owner and he was "out of the country" but that he would be back on Monday. I went to go eat at this establishment on a Saturday. I tried to contact these people NUMEROUS of times and they always gave me the run around. I filed a police report and even to the detective they gave him the run around. I needed a license plate of the person who hit me while eating at their establishment and they were so uncooperative it was enough to never make me want to eat here ever again. This was the most expensive fast food I have ever eaten. I had to pay my deductible of $500 + $35 (the food I consumed at this restaurant, 2 meals) I have ever eaten.

awful management and ownership. They couldn't do me the quick favor of checking their cameras to simply obtain a plate of the car that crashed into me.

LA BRASA GRILL SCAM

La Brasa Grill has a promotion on Uber Eats, Buy 1 Get 1.

They do not honor this promotion.

It is a LIE. It is a scam.

I noticed immediately after I placed the order that there was no Buy 1 Get 1 included.

I called the restaurant and they said to call Uber Eats, they couldn't help me and did not help me or my family.

La Brasa Grill could have been honorable, or even less than that, they could have sent the extra food they promoted on Uber Eats, which would not have cost them anything, but they refused to send the food they promised. Very disappointed with this place.

La Brasa Grill literally took food out of my children's mouths.

SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR STAFF.

Do not buy from here, BUY 1 GET 1 IS A SCAM....

This was our first time dining at La Brasa. Let me just say it was delicious and they cook by order. We were greeted by Edison with a very welcoming smile. The staff was great and friendly. When we told Edison it was our first time there, he took his time to explain the menu to us and even asked us what we were in the mood to eat and made great suggestions. He even offered desert and let us know the drink choices. He also told us to make sure we can back to taste other items on the menu. Let me say that I had the lomo saltado and my fiance had the grilled steak and it was superb! Service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Big thank you to Edison for making our dining experience amazing. Just have to say La Brasa we...
