I went with great enthusiasm to this place because the photos on the internet look delicious all the dishes, we were a table of 16 people, my husband my son and I ordered some fries with cheese and bacon, I think this is a new dish for them because when I asked for it, the girl did not know what I was talking about, someone else had to come and put my order and she said that she did not know it until yesterday, in the same way the fries were not what we expected, the bacon has that was crispy and was watered down, todad the fries dripped with fried bacon oil, and the cheese was a sauce was not cheese, my husband's burger was fine, the grill steak for my son did not know if it lasted a long time in The counter but when it came to the table it was cold. I ordered a tostada whith chicken, I ordered it precisely because in the menu it said GUACAMOLE on top, the tostafs came from chicharron and WITHOUT guacamole, when I went to ask the girl she simply told me: "We do not work with guacamole I do not even have avocado to offer you " As a suggestion I can tell you to correct the menu, not offer anything that you do not sell and if you have an error in your menu try to clarify it to the people when they are making the order and above all try to leave the customer happy, I speak from my experience , in the same way at the table with my brothers and their wifes there were many mistakes in the orders, the food did not come out as they asked, unfortunate this because we were very excited since we are from Miami and there is a similar place called Los Perros and we thought that was the same style at the time of preparation, sadly we were wrong and definitely will not return...

It is a shame that the food taste delicious, but customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. The first time I ordered from here I waited about 40 minutes before I even received my food to take home. This time I decided to give them another try so I ordered online at 11:50 for the food to be picked up at 12:20. I arrived at 12:10 exact and I ended up receiving my food at 1:05 p.m..!!!!!!! Like really??? This is just ridiculous. The place wasn't even packed when I got there. I asked the guy that was running the place , how much longer before I can get my food and get the hell out of there and he just had a bad attitude and didn't even apologize, he just said a few more minutes and walked away. If you are running a place with this attitude, you will never succeed and maybe you are in the wrong business because you do realize that you have to deal with customers. Anyways, I few more minutes like this ding dong said turned out to be an hour wait for lunch that was pre-ordered. The couple next to me also waiting the same amount of time or maybe more because they were in line after I paid for my order.. What a great experience I’ve had tonight. If there’s anything I love other than good food at a restaurant.. it’s customer service. I had an issue where I couldn’t reach anyone at this location which is understandable because the food is really good and it gets packed so I went ahead and called the second location in hopes that they were under the same owner in which they were, I lost connection and the owner called me back in the location I could reach. He kindly took my order for the boca location. When I arrived I received my food and was even offered something as an apology for the inconvenience. He didn’t have to because taking my order was already a gesture I appreciated but also gifting me another item was above and beyond. I enjoy the food here already but now knowing that the owner takes pride in his business… I love it even more.
