If I could give 0 stars I swear I would. This has been the most unprofessional interaction with an owner that I’ve ever had before. I live around this little Caesar’s and eat there occasionally. One night I met the owner who placed my food on the counter. I was talking to him and I tapped my phone on the pay thing and thought it went through, mind you this man, “the owner” was standing right in front of me staring right at me. Of course I think the transaction is done I take the food and walk out not run out walk out all while he is standing right in front of me. The next time I go to eat there was after work it was one of my only options I came to buy dinner and was told by the cashier that “the owner “ told them I can’t buy anything until I paid what I owed. Which of course confused me, because to my knowledge I paid last time. I wouldn’t steal I worked for everything I have and I go there all the time would literally make no sense. Like any person, all I asked for was proof and I would pay. No one is gonna pay for something the establishment obviously can’t prove they stole that’s outrageous almost robbery even. And by proof I don’t mean a whole investigation I mean “the owner” who is making this claim clearly has control of the video footage. All I need him to do was give me a time frame a date even and all I would need to do is look at my bank and go to that date If their is no charge their is no problem I would happily pay. but I needed proof because I remember going 2 weeks ago the and when I looked at my bank it said I paid so as “the owner” who is accusing me of not paying the least he can do is provide me with a date I mean this is your business right if not you then who? I had the cashier text him but no reply she said he went on vacation what a joke all I needed was a figure of authority to provide me with the right information so we could get over with this and I could eat. I understand things happened i called and they provided a free pizza. I went back and the second pizza had a brissle, and my son had a small hair in his mouth when I took the pizza back and showed them the hair and brissle they completely ignored the small hair that was in my son's mouth and only mentioned the brissle . After I told them I would like my money back the employee argued with me and didn't want to refund the pizza. When he finally gave me the refund he handed me the money aggressively and tossed the pizza back to me. I politely stated there was no need to throw the pizza back at us or handing me the money that way. The customer service is horrible. When I called to complain they only offered me another free pizza. I'm sorry after that horrible customer service i refuse to ever go back to and little ceasers. He deserves to get fired. Then, I changed the right address in the app and I made the order again. I don’t know why, They cancelled that second order too!!!! So after 30 min, I reorder again and everything was right, then the manager of the store (23011 SR-7 S, Boca Raton, FL 33428 United States) called me screaming, totally out of the control, yelling me, saying he couldn’t make the third order again! I said to him, it is not my fault, I made a mistake in the first order, I called and ask to cancel, they said to me that order was cancelled, and later I reorder again! I did everything right!!!!
