Not only has the price went up, but the quality has gone down. This man allow his customers to talk as loud as they want when other customers walk in. No respect. All I wanted to do was walk in and pay for the food and leave. I had to put both hands on my ears because I am surround by men in a small space as such is the size of the place talking loud with each other. One customer literally screaming in my right ear and another one talking loud in my left ear. The ones behind me did not matter because they were NOT TOO close to me but these men are all at the counter as you're going in to make payment! Had I been one of their YT customers maybe he would ask them to quiet down. Please STOP putting all that MAGGIE MSG in the food to hide the fact that the cook cannot cook! MSG is a flavor enhancer not a flavor replacement for herbs and EPIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very disappointment. These owner said to me you won't go deaf, you're Haitian. I don’t like writing bad reviews but honestly I am highly disappointed with this place. I will never go there again. I walked in waited a few minutes to be greeted which I understand the lady was busy. So I placed an order for white rice and spinach. 15-20 minutes later the lady comes out and said they have no more rice. I am confused to why they didn’t know how much food was left. The owner then proceed to tell me that they wouldn’t know until the people that placed orders over the phone had their food. First of all, please communicate with your staff properly and a timely manners. It is inconvenience to the customers. I could of went somewhere else to get food. They did apologize but learn to take care of your customers. They didn’t even offer me other options or ask if I wanted to order something else to eat. Bad customer service.
