Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This location is very busy occasionally having long lines and wait times for food every time I come here I see workers on the line with their phone and they text and touch their phone while handling food prep this specific visit made my stomach turn the main guy who makes the pizza uniform is covered in dirt he literally looked like he rolled in mud he walks outside and touch doors that the customers touch and goes back to continue to make pizza no one at this location wears hair nets I understand that everyone is trained to know all versatile positions but if you are in you area that's where you should be after the lady cashier with dreads collected my payment she touched cash money and went to go sprinkle cheese on pizzas while texting on her phone and her dreads were inches from dipping in the marinara sauce they really need to get it to have an inspection at this location the main pizza maker by the name of Sean "dirty mud roller from earlier that I was mentioning was fixing food while wearing FLIP FLOPS I can't make this up he went in the cooler to grabe a pineapple soda that he didn't pay for and went back to making pizza using the restroom and going back...

I was having my daughter's 13th birthday party so I called ahead and was hung up on three times. Later I end up coming in person noticed a female on the phone having personal calls by how loud she was talking to someone rudley hanging up on them when I looked at her ready to order. I then ordered 5 classic five dollars hot in ready pizzas. I used my bank card and noticed the young lady way over charged me. I paid credit then signed my signature to pay out my order she tried to keep the receipt so I wouldn't catch she just(scammed)me. She then puts in her register that I paid with cash using a fifty dollar bill. Doing this she thought she could steal the balance and the customer wouldn't know (slick) now it's a no brainer that for a 5 dollar pizza tax shouldn't be no higher than 8 percent she charged me for 6 pizzas and at the price of $6.00 on up for tax bringing my order to a total of $39.06 for 5 classic hot in ready pizzas highway robbery. Crooked store on Fletcher Ave, you have to watch you receipt and tax on how it's paid they have a scam...

I gave 2 stars because of the last time I ordered in November. Awful service. It was like the employee were all having a party. On thier phone , drinking their own beverages , eating etc.. They got my pizza WRONG . Made me wait for another .... then gave me a poorly made pizza. Well done WAS BURNED.. and POORLY (not) cut... I called & complained... ... Today I went in to get the FREE pizza they owed me because of the experience I had. The pizza was nicely well done ... & cut well. BUT the girl tried to charge me. Even though she knew I was there to get my FREE 🍕..... No Smiles from the employees. THEY NEED TO WEAR NAME TAGS !! !! !! Maybe they would be more careful not to get reported.... I go to many different Little Caesars & this one on Fletcher is the worst...Dade City has a VERY professional ~ friendly staff ...
