âHello, I would like a pepperoni and a cheese pizza.â This is how I ordered what I thought was going to be just some good old $5 Little Caesarâs pepperoni and cheese pizza. Come to find out when I got home I was actually charged for the âExtramostbestestâ pizza, which is not what I asked for. Also, I called and talked to the manager, and they said there was nothing they can do about it. They said, âThe boss told us to push the extra topping pizza onto the customers.â Which Iâm sure he/she didnât mean to deceive the customers and give them more than they asked for and at a higher price. The manager took my name down and my number and said he would have the owner call me. He said the owner owns 9 stores in the area. The manager also told me I couldnât get my money back or get a discount. He also told me theyâve been doing this to customers for as long as heâs been there which he said is 1.5 years. For me, it was 2.00 more than what I was expecting and I didnât know I was getting charged more or was I informed I was getting a higher priced specialty pizza. It bothers me because this also happened to my sister and her fiancĂ© about a week later I was visiting them, they bought pizza from little Caesars, I told them the story, they checked the receipt, and what do you know they were also up charged unknowingly. Furthermore, could you imagine them up charging single mothers or fathers who have it roughed financially and sneaking this under their nose. Imagine there is a single mother shopping here, and she is to stressed out or nervous or dealing with her children as sheâs ordering she might not notice sheâs being up charged if sheâs in a rush. If a customer came here 5 days a week and just trusts in good business, as I often do, this is one of two of the Little Caesars Iâve been going to for the last 22 years, and orders two pies a day thatâs $10 more they are getting charged a week. Envision this unsought for up charge slips passed 100 customers a day that thought they were getting regular pizza instead of âExtramostbestestâ pizza thatâs easily $100 more collected than should have been. This appears to me like almost robbing the community in a way. Hopefully this is just mismanagement and Iâm sure the owner or boss didnât mean âpushâ it on the customers like sneak an up charge onto their order without them knowing. Iâm sure they meant advertise it or offer it to the customer more often. Anyway Iâm not the only one this happened to so far. If, you go in and ask for a pepperoni pizza expect to be up charged with extra toppings even though you didnât request it. Also, if you call and the manager tells you they will have the boss call you back they definitely wonât get back to you within the month because I didnât receive a voicemail or call that Iâm aware of yet from them. So if your friends or family go to Little Caesars and expect a classic pie upon request well prepare to receive a higher priced pie with extra toppings that you didnât ask for. Hopefully this doesnât happen to you but it happened to my...
Read moreThe employees are always respectful and try to be helpful, but no one seems to want to be there, and it's reflected in the food.
Sometimes it's great. The right amount of cheese/sauce etc.
But usually it's dry, cheese not all the way to the edge, and always messed up cutting. Even if I ask for the pizza not to be cut, it comes cut like this. I was told "he will try to remember not to cut it". đ this is the 5th or 6th time I've gotten a pizza cut like this from this location. Doesn't matter what day or what shift.
I know most of the employees teenagers that could care less about how my pizza turns out, but this is a bit ridiculous after weeks of this. I don't want to waste a pizza just because of how it's cut, but really? If I had to split this between kids there would be a fight every time. Maybe a manager could work the busy nights with these kids? Or get one of those precut things so this stops happening? $20 at Walmart.
For reference, we usually order the pretzel pizza.
*I'm changing my review after some consideration. I tried to call out the good things about my experience along with the bad. Seeing that the owner only comments on positive reviews just shows that they DO NOT CARE one bit about the garbage that goes on at this location. If you look at the negative reviews, the owner never comments or tries to make things right. We will not be...
Read moreWent to pick up a pizza last Friday around 4:30 pm. I was the only customer there and noticed many employees working in the kitchen. The heating ovens with prepared pizzas were packed. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and was told they were sold out, I could wait 8-12 minutes or buy the $6 pepperoni pizza that was ready now. Having been in this situation many times, being "upsold", as to not have to wait for what the pizza chain advertises as "hot and ready", I asked the cashier jokingly, "is this your business model, advertise hot and ready pizzas for $5 and then switch it up to make another dollar"? I was not prepared for the little punk to start yelling at me by sarcastically replying "yeah, that's what we do all day, try and mess with customers", he kept yelling at me and then simply left the counter, cussing and walking into the kitchen leaving me there alone. No manager, no other employee did or said a word. I was and am uphauled. Never again will I order from this...
