Tops Burgers — Restaurant in Florida

Hi to the people in Pensacola, gulf breeze, and Navarre. On 9-14-22 I visited this place because I assumed the food must be good because there’s always a line, but I said I’m going in since I’ve never visited here. I got there at 5:31pm and left at 5:45 I ordered and I’m standing there waiting patiently and so I get to see what the folks are doing. There were 2 young men working the fry station On their phones going in and out of their with the phones while cooking and preparing people food in the drive through who cannot see them. The same 2 young men were running their hands through their hair the entire time I was standing there while cooking food. One of the guys on fry station reached into the freezer with his bare hands and pulled out something throwed it into the fryer with his soiled contaminated hands that he’s already been stroking his hair and on his phone while in and out of his pockets with the phone. 6 employees present, the trash was full with flies circulating around the trash and no one seemed to be concerned about the restaurant being clean which by the way is very small. I don’t care how good anyone food may be if you don’t have decency to serve people in a clean manner keep it. These people here are filthy and the manager on duty Christin should set some better standards for the workplace. So sad!. I was so disgusted that I walked out because I was afraid to eat the food, and I didn’t even get my money back and I will not...

My wife and I were visiting Navarre for the weekend and were looking for something quick and easy to bring back to the camp ground. After a short discussion, my wife saw that Tops Burgers was well rated and figured it would fit the bill. I made the short drive, used the drive through and ordered the Cajun Bacon Cheeseburger with fries for myself and Chili Cheese Dogs with fries for my wife. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way back to our camp site. Despite the name, there was not even a hint of Cajun flavor on my burger. It wasn’t horrible but nor was it remotely Cajun in flavor or style. My wife was disappointed with the Chili on her hot dog but Chili can be a bit subjective especially if you’ve actually had/made good Chili before. Overall, I wouldn’t say our experience was a bad one but nor was it memorable. We moved to Gulf Breeze and went to Tops Hamburgers of Navarre, Fl we absolutely enjoy the delicious Cheeseburger, fries, burger only for dog and a Chocolate Shake with Whipped Cream! Take out order!

I was greeted with hello how can I help you with a happy smile from Sydney who took my order, July 6th at 6:28pm. Sydney kept me updated on the progress of my order. She was so dedicated, kind and courteous! Also the staff making our order were also dedicated to ensuring my order was made to perfection.

All of these employees greeted me with their smiles, kindness, very enthusiastic, always courteous, awesome humor; they are extraordinary and reliable with positive attitudes.
