After reading reviews about this business we decided to buy. What a mistake. Now to be honest we were told it would be a two to four week delivery on the set we purchased. Well, it was delivered in four days, without any phone call to let us know they were delivering it. (we were not home and out of town) So, our neighbor was kind enough to accept our delivery at his home after calling us and giving the ok to the delivery driver to let our neighbor take possession. However, they delivered two chairs that were not the right ones. Now it has been almost two weeks, three phone calls and promise after promise that the right chairs will be sent out with no current resolution. Update as of 05/05/2021. From start to finish the experience with Palm Casual has been one of those rare times when you say "WOW" and what else can I but from them. Mike was fantastic at the point of sale and great follow up pre delivery. Fred the delivery guy was so good. He noticed a problem with the chairs and before the day was out we had replacement chairs, delivered by another incredible service minded delivery person. Now to the quality of the furniture. We had previously purchased similar pieces from 2 companies and found them to be poor quality and returned them. The Quality of what we have from Palm Casual is miles above. Amazing customer service and friendly staff and colorful showroom! I bought a PVC table and chairs 30 years ago and they are sturdy, colorful, wide and strong enough for my heavy guests I’ve bought lots of metal patio furniture that has come and broken and went to the dump but these PVC chairs are comfortable, colorful and heavy duty! After throwing out the metal ones, I bought another set of 4! They look just as nice as they did the day I bought them!
