ALDI — Local services in Fruit Cove

I am very disappointed with an experience my family and I had at this Aldi location (661 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL) on September 28, 2025. When a new checkout line opened, my family and I moved toward it. A staff member working another register told us we could not go to that line. She then stood up, physically pushed our shopping cart backward, and told other customers to go in front of us. In the process, the cart almost hit my family.

The employee, a white woman with short white and pink hair, also gestured rudely at my daughter, waving her hand dismissively and telling her to move back. The interaction was unnecessarily aggressive, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with this same employee. On a previous visit, she told my wife to “hurry up” and put the items on the belt faster because “they work at a fast pace.” My wife has back issues and cannot move as quickly as others, and her comment was insensitive and disrespectful.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Aldi, but this behavior was completely unacceptable and has now happened twice with the same employee. I hope management takes this situation seriously so no other customer has to experience this kind...

Today me and my wife were patrons at you Establishment on Blanding Blvd,Bolton plaza, the atmosphere within your stores location was fine but when it came time to check out we had a serious issue. Upon approaching the conveyer belt your employee Kim gave me and my wife the nastiest look as if we were a bother to come into her line. She had no customer courtesy as to say anything not even a hello or welcome and to top it off her demeanor was extremely rude! As she was scanning the items she was forcefully and aggressively throwing things into the cart; I look at my wife and ask what is her problem because I was seconds away from becoming verbal with her. Your employee was definitely rude and if you have cameras you can see I don't know if it's a race issue or maybe she hates her job. I pay my hard earned dollars at your Establishment because my wife loves the quality of your products but if this lady Kim does not like her job or dealing with the public then she should work elsewhere. This may or may not be taken lightly but if we get the same maltreatment next time I will not be as nice to hold my composure! We do most of our shopping here now and it is mostly food except sometimes the fruit can be bad and there milk does not taste good but there Chocolate milk does. With the shopping cart it is a good idea so people don't steal it and if they do use the cart and return it you get your quarter back and the sign tells you that if you have the few seconds to read it. The employees are nice but they can be packed so they really can't say hi all the time. And the do your own bagging that teaches kids and teenagers how to bag if they get a job at baggage, plus they have that long table on the wall for you to bag your things but if you bring own bag and you have the ones that attach to the cart all you do is say I have my own bags and they will but your things in the bags for you. They have the best soda the citrus twist it is like spirit, mist twist, Sierra Mist and 7up but it is smoother and taste better and it has no dyes that are bad for you. The workers go fast so you are not waiting five or more...
