Buckle up, this is a long one. Sadly, while the food is still very yummy and the food comes out very quickly, the service has been inconsistent at best these last few months. First, this location used to provide a curbside service (as shown on their Google information). After using their curbside service for almost a year, I one day found their phone ringing busy when I came for pickup. Once I hauled my children out of their seats and into the store and expressed my disappointment (and let them know their phone was off the hook), a woman curtly told me that curbside service wasn’t offered and was NEVER offered at their location. When I told her I had been using it for almost a year, she cut me off, saying I must be confused with the Winter Garden location and dismissed me. Second, my husband and I have, at least four times now, received no dressing with our Greek salads, or no utensils, or no bread. Lastly, just today, I placed a pickup order on the app. When I came to get it, it was waiting on the table, but I quickly saw that the bag only had one container, when I had ordered four items. I said “excuse me”, to the gentleman closest to me, and he didn’t answer. I went to the cash register and said “excuse me” again, this time to the same woman from the curbside incident. Again, I was ignored. I went to the center of the food prep area and said “excuse me”, louder this time, but they kept talking amongst themselves. Finally I shouted EXCUSE ME, and they turned. I explained my order was missing Dolmades and fries and the woman said “yeaaaaah the thing is, the Dolmades are in the oven, and they will be two hours.” She offered to make me something else, which was great, but I mean….what if I had just picked up the order and not asked? Were they going to call and tell me that? There was no communication. Then, after they made the salad, I had to ask for the dressing and then re-ask for the fries. The fries were prepared by a gentleman wearing only one glove, which I noticed just as he finished tucking my fries into their box with the ungloved hand. I asked whether he was supposed to be wearing gloves and he said “oh….yeah. Did you want me to remake them?” At that point I had wasted 15 minutes and had to get home, so I said no and just tossed the fries when I got home. All the employees said “don’t worry about it” when I asked if it had been paid, so I think they thought they gave me the food for free, but when I checked my email, I saw my card had been charged anyway.
I want to say I’ll never be back, but the food is good and fast and there’s only so many places that offer that with a healthy menu. So let me just say this: don’t expect your order to be correct. Don’t expect people to care. I don’t recommend the place. But the food is...
Read moreI’ve always been an avid Little Greek fan, been to the one in Celebration and Winter Garden many times, as I have been to this location a handful of times but I just left from a horrible experience! I called to place an order and was told to be on hold by a gentleman Evan for 1 minute... that turned to 13 minutes that I was able to drive and get to the location while still being on hold. I asked to speak to the manager and I guess there was a Lead in this evening, Paul. And honestly he is very sweet. I showed him my phone call time etc and explained he then went and got the guy and Evan stated well, wouldn’t it have been logical to hang up and call again... I almost lost my mind considering when I walked in he was talking to a girl who may have been a customer but then once she left he was free. The logical thing Evan would be to do your job the right way instead of the customer chasing you down. I appreciate Paul and his desire to fix the situation and the other employees there tonight were very amicable but Evan is a horrible employee.. plus I saw him clean the counter tops with a spray with the same gloves he was packaging food with... not so logical there Evan.
Management needs to review the employees they hire as someone who worked within the hospitality background I understand the stress of the...
Read moreAwesome food, if they could be consistent with it. We eat here at least 3-5 times a week. We stopped using Uber eats because Little Greek consistently got our order wrong. So, I then began to pick up our order to make sure that it was right and that they included everything. Frequently they forget to include dressing and pita bread. Tonight, the final nail in the coffin was the Village Salad (Horiatiki). This was my favorite item on the menu. It's described as "Salad with NO lettuce - chunks of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, green peppers, pepperoncini peppers potato salad and feta cheese." I always get it with no feta cheese. Sounds awesome right? Well, it's only prepared correctly about 2 out of 10 orders. I started receiving piles of diced (or sliced) onions, and green peppers with 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber, 2 peppers, and a couple of olives. It's essentially supposed to be an equal amount of each ingredient. Not a pile of onions and green peppers.n Tonight, they forgot the dressing and the potato salad. Photo1 is what it's supposed to look like. Photo 2 is what you frequently get. The staff are also frequently dismissive kids. I give up on this place. It's a shame too. The food could be awesome if they were just consistent and paying attention when preparing...
