My recent visit to TeaStori left me feeling extremely disappointed. After having visited the business a few years ago and being pleased with my experience, I had high hopes for my return. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I tried the split cup beverage consisting of Taro Milk and a strawberry rose milk tea. Both drinks fell short in terms of taste and left me feeling unsatisfied. My husband's choice of the Coconut milk tea also did not meet his expectations. The flavors were lackluster and failed to leave a lasting impression. The only highlight of my visit was the macaron I ordered, which managed to salvage some enjoyment from an otherwise underwhelming trip. In conclusion, I left TeaStori feeling let down by the quality of their teas. While the macaron was indeed delicious, it was not enough to make up for the lackluster drinks that failed to meet my expectations. Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to the standard I had previously experienced and has left me hesitant to return in the future.

Small but mighty- TeaStori is nothing special on the outside. And what they are lacking in space on the inside, they make up for in serving up awesome drinks. In case you didn’t get that- it’s small, stuffy, and definitely cozy in the store. It’s really quite cute, but not near enough room for the amount of people that come in and out on a daily basis. It’s a popular place. I like that they had a few more options than just boba, like macarons and mochi ice cream. You order using one of their giant touch screens and away you go. It’s nice and (mostly) efficient. Their boba was fantastic. I got a split cup, which is an awesome option if you want to try more than one flavor. I always have that issue- I want to try everything so it’s perfect for me, haha. I got the chai milk tea and taro. The tapioca was soft and chewy and just the way it should be and I was super happy I made the stop. The story to tell is that TeaStori knows what they’re doing!

love this place ! i don’t live near USF so i always had to drive an hour to get there. i bring all my friends to this spot since there’s more things to do like going to Sweet Buns across the parking lot ☺️ i never used to like boba until them, i absolutely love their wide variety of menu. it’s hard to find a spot that sells lavender, cherry blossom, or at the same time. which is why their split cup design is genius ! so adorable & convenient, when i can’t decide. it’s been interesting seeing them evolve to almost no contact with the staff, the touch screen is cool, but i can’t tell what’s the difference between certain drinks without asking staff. still one of my favorite boba spots of them all. 🫶🏼

BAD TREATMENT, just really bad My patience was tried tonight, and every night I go for boba here. I order macarons and mochi ice cream; the short girl with glasses tells me they don’t have cake batter mochi, yet she tries several times to charge me for it. I tell her at least 3 times to take that mochi ice cream off since they don’t have it, she still has it on the screen waiting for me to pay for an extra mochi she said they don’t have and that she assures me she took off, yet it’s still displayed on the pay screen....? She finally gets the total right after 5 minutes of me coaching her through the order and customers looking at me as if I’m being problematic ; I add an extra large ube unicorn milkshake with boba; I get my order and it has no whip cream and sprinkles it usually comes with. I ask the guy for the whip cream, he apologizes and tries to still give me the straw and drink; I ask him to put the whip and sprinkles on top, he says he cannot because of the lid- but he’s giving me a drink that has no lid anyway...?, I ask him for the whip cream and sprinkles in a separate cup, he apologizes and says he can’t do that( mind you, this is whip cream and sprinkles that that specific drink is entitled to, so I’m not asking anything extra or special), so I ask him to give me a refund, he says he can’t do that, he asks me to wait as he asks a coworker about the whip cream, and then he asks about the refund; he comes back to tell me he CAN give me the whip cream and sprinkles that the drink was supposed to have originally come with. I’m in this boba shop about 30minutes now and I was one of the first few initial customers. He brings my drink back with sad, deflated whip cream and sprinkles, as he’s telling me that next time they won’t- I interrupt him, “I know, I know” as I take my drink, it’s as I’m out the shop that I realize I should’ve really told him that they need to have a sign next time specifying that such xlarge drinks such as the ube unicorn can’t allow for the distinguished whip cream and sprinkles that from all other drinks, actually sets...

I’m a bit saddened after my visit today. I’ve been coming here since 2019, back when they weee boba cup, even bought 3 of the reusable jars. I literally love this place to much that when I go in they already know what I want to drink because I always get the same thing. Two days ago I got an extra large cup and noticed to size in the cup in different and the cashier assured me it has the same volume. Well I can assure you it does not have the same amount of boba. Prices have reasonably went up to deal with inflation obviously however there’s no reason why I should have to pay more for less. The amount of Boba that normally comes in extra large is about twice the amount that would come in a regular or a large yeah in this cup I only had the amount of Boba that would be in a regular sized drink. I get the same drink every time I go and have been for the past three years so I think I know when the amount of Boba is different. This place is still my favorite Boba place literally ever but I wish that they would stay true to the amount of Boba that’s in the cup also because you have to use the kiosk you can’t apply any discounts there I have to go up to the counter for any kind of discounts but if I go to the counter I won’t get points that I can use towards drinks or add-ons. I definitely hope that this changes very soon as this is my favorite place and I don’t wanna have to find a new place to get Boba especially because the people who work there...

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The options are vast and the decor super charming. Such good boba! I know that Bobacup has been featured on some FB stuff lately. All of the praise you hear about them is absolutely true. As far as tea selections you have a lot to choose from, which for me can be overwhelming. But the staff has always helped me find the perfect option for what I want. They also have over 20 tea varieties of dry tea that they will brew for you on request. They are located on that wall furthest away from the entry, so you could miss it if you didn't know to look. But the staff pointed it out for me. I also love that they have options for going plastic free if you would like they have metal straws that fit boba and really wonderful and large Mason jars. That way you can get you fill of tea and boba or whatever toppings you want while helping take care if the planet. They also have a ton of mochi. If you haven't tried it before it's ice cream but in a whole different we way. It's fun because you can eat it with you fingers and you can try several of flavors because they have quite the assortment. The inside and the outside of the space are cutely decorated. The vibe is fresh and fun. Everything is clean and tidy and very...
