So, we went there with my wife and in-laws to this place. We started with "pisco sour" (alcoholic drink based on the grape-distilled pisco and lime, with a hint of cinnamon among other ingredients) and shared a "Ceviche mixto" (cube-cutted fish with shrimp, marinated in lime and pepper, and accompanied with assorted corn, lettuce, squash and onions). As main dishes we choose a plate of "Aji de Gallina" (Sauce of shredded chicken, accompanied with baked potatoes and rice), "Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos" (Fried rice with squid, mussels and other assorted seafood), and "Arroz Chaufa Especial" (fried rice with chicken, beef and pork).
The place is small, with few tables that are properly waited and thoroughly cleansed, additional parking can be found around the place, waiters are friendly and professional.
The food (and the pisco sour) is abundant and delicious. The final check will find you full and happy (take-out boxes will most likely be needed), and you'll find it more than reasonable for the quality and amount of food.

Read morePunto Peru is hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, with beautiful touches of Peruvian culture that set the perfect mood for the meal ahead. The food? Extraordinary. Every dish bursts with authentic flavor, clearly made with love, skill, and the freshest ingredients. The ceviche was bright and refreshing, perfectly balanced with citrus and spice. The lomo saltado was cooked to perfection—tender beef, flavorful vegetables, and that irresistible sauce that made me want to lick the plate. Even the sides and sauces were unforgettable, each adding its own layer of richness and authenticity. The presentation was gorgeous, and the portions were generous without sacrificing quality. To top it all off, the service was attentive without ever feeling rushed—staff genuinely care that you enjoy your experience. Five stars across the board—Punto Peru is...
Read moreThe waitress Mrs. Paulina was very corteous, attentive to my needs and made me feel welcome. I realize, she is a waitress and that is her job, but to be honest with you. My primary reason why I love Punto Peru is the specials and quality of the food itself (it seems clean I observe the ladies actually try to be sanitize. When you have your designated restaurants that you like and usually go to on a weekly basis. One tends to appreciate even more those gestures that respectfull waitress go out of their routine way to provide quality service. The main reason why I only gave three out of Five is not because of lack of kind/corteous service. But yet because I see the restaurant competition from afar and I don't want them to get sidetrack and end up falling into that complacency mistake mode that many in the business fall under. It is easier to do the wrong thing, it's a lot harder to do the right thing on a consistent basis and not just for the...
