I would like to give good customer feed back, but in this case is not an option. Today, on my birthday. My family wanted to purchase me a grill. As we shop , my family saw a grill that it was on our budget... Char-Broil® Infrared 3 Burner Gas Grill with Cabinets ... It was advertise with signs for $199.99, ( i took a photo of the display). I requested for a target employee to come and help us out. Employee ( Carolina) working near or in the department called another employee ( Tobby) . They both confirmed the price of the grill. We were a bit skeptical. So we question the employee.. and ( Carolina) assure us that they would honor the price on the item. They check the backroom, they both came back.. "They don't have anymore" the employee assure us that they will honor the price.. So i check online for the item Char-Broil® Infrared 3 Burner Gas Grill with Cabinets ( Online Item #: 14275091 ) . It said $349.99..
SO we decide to go another Target.. So we went to the Kendall Drive..15005 SW 88th St, Miami, FL 33196.. The Manager ( Veronica) was helpful, She called the one in Cutler Ridge. and spoke to a manager ( Andres ) he confirmed they had two in the back....
Again we drove back to the Cutler Ridge Target , We were under the impression that they would honor the price.. $199.99.
When we get their, the Manager ( Andres) did not honor the price given to us by the original employees..
His response was..." She's not a SALARY EMPLOYEE" , I was upset, now customer have to walk around store asking if employees are salary..
I told the manager that no matter if an employee is salary of hour, that She represented Target.. He was a bit rude.. He offered a 20% discount ..
That was not acceptable to us.. my family spent almost 2 hours running between store.. And Target should honor that price..
We shop in Target.. Your Signs say : Expect more, Pay Less"
we expect more- instead we received nothing but disappointment... Not a way to go home , without my birthday...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst Target. I am taking this complaint as far up the chain I can. I bought various items totally approximately $70. I was held up at the register because a receipt wouldn't print. The checker left the register and walked slowly over to customer returns area to find someone that could print the receipt. 2 people returned with her to the register. Not one of the people could figure out how to print a receipt. I was then told that I could redo the transaction and if 2 transactions showed on my card I could come back tomorrow and have one voided. I told them I would not do that. I tried to open my bank app to see if the transaction was pending but the app wouldn't open in their store. The store sucks for cell service. They then informed me that I had to wait there until the security guard came in for the day and talk with him. He has the power to pull up transactions and reprint past receipts. I wasn't allowed to leave the store until 1) I waited for the security guard. 2) I left my paid for items. 3) paid for them again to get a receipt. What part of any of this makes sense?! I asked if a manager can look up receipts and was told "no, no one knows how to do that". I opted to wait for the security guard and get my receipt so I didn't ever have to come back. He wasn't due to clock in for another 15 minutes... when he got there it took him forever to pull it up. In the mean time I had a number of the employees walking by staring at me and wispering in their little walkie talkies "yes, that's her. I see her right here." For the love of God.... who has Target hired to work and manage this store?! I will NEVER set foot in this...
Read moreSo I was looking to buy an Xbox series X and at this store, Target (Cutler Ridge), I noticed there was two in stock for pick up so I decided to go over and buy it. When I first received the package it looked fine other than one of the taped edges almost falling off. This was at 3. I went home and opened the package only to see that the Xbox was scratched up on the sides and edges, had heavy dust built up on the fan and the bottom interior, the serial number sticker was peeling off, and the HDMI port was completely broken. I returned to the Target within the hour and I let a customer service employee know that this product was faulty and that I wished to return it so I asked if she wanted to see it. When I open it up and she sees all the damages she proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t accept the return or do a switch because when I left the store the product was already sealed. I contacted target support because I was not going to leave with a broken console and all they said was that if they couldn’t go through with the return or swap because of it being sealed then I would have to deal with the manufacturer about warranty. So pretty much, at this store they sold me a “brand new” high end electronic, not stocked on the floor, only for it be used and broken and then they refuse to give me a refund when I come back. Clearly, whoever received this return previously didn’t care to check the product and put it where it belongs. Obvious signs of it being used and damaged but no refund, what is that. Playing with my...
