Oh. My. Goodness. Busy busy busy busy. Apparently there is a very popular special on Tuesday that I was not aware of. My 15 minute wait turned into 50. However, it turned out to be glorious. That entire store was being driven, SOLELY, by one woman. Who not only fulfilled every order they received, but also handled every client with kindness and professionalism. She never skipped a beat. The situation I was sitting in was stressful, as a customer. But for their only employee, I'm sure it was beyond stressful. But her face didn't show any stress or anxiety. I mean... she wasn't smiling from ear to ear, or anything. But you knew, without words, that if you were patient, you were going to get taken care of. That's exactly what happened. Zero attempt at communication that our order was here. Even our dog was unaware that someone was outside.
If my wife and I hadn't "sensed a disturbance in the Force," we'd have never known that our food arrived.
Clearly, a $10 tip was insufficient for this person to do the bare minimum of their job. Or, I suppose, their "contactless" option means "don't try to contact us" instead of the standard "we don't want to risk getting one of us sick."

Not only do they have employees claiming to be managers but they also have owners getting on the phone being extremely rude to their customers. We give this place business multiple times a week and will never give them business again moving forward. Learn how to treat your dedicated customers. It’s all about the way your handle a situation and clearly everyone in this establishment needs a crash course on customer service. Horrible customer service will be your down fall.
