Where do I start, tips are barely given to workers and when they are the owner randomly chooses who gets them and who doesn’t, sonny has broken about every rule in the book including 5 child labor laws, the owner does not care about customer service in the slightest, he often hides deals or tells you that they don’t have that deal anymore, they once went a full week or two without hot water for the dishes, also how can the workers wash their hands when they never fill the soap by the employees sinks, I have seen a ton of ants in the store told sonny and his response, “just close the back door” the fact that this guy is able to run a business is shocking to me, very proud and immature owner if he really is the owner, sonny once even had a meeting on a school night at 11pm that if you didn’t show up you get fired keep in mind he had a 16yr old and some 17yr old workers at the time, and I have proof of this, and at this meeting he basically just talked trash about the management they gave their all to him for years, he also stated “I don’t need any of you I can run this place myself” he has also written checks without paystubs and if you break 40 hours here he gives you 39 and dose not pay you the rest. Completely disgusting that he still has that business. Read moreNot sure what's going on here, but I've never had issues before. I ordered my pizzas and drinks. The pizzas were delivered without my drinks. The delivery guy told me they were out and I asked why they didn't call me to give me another choice and he didn't have an answer for me. I called back to get a refund and to find out why I wasn't informed or called because I would have canceled my order and gone somewhere else and I was told that they could refund me the sodas or deliver me the sodas. I'm a bit confused on why the sodas weren't delivered if they could now deliver them? I asked them to go ahead and deliver the sodas then. An hour goes by no sodas, so I call again and asked where are the sodas, I could have driven to the place five times back and forth within an hour. I was then told that it was on a delivery and they will be here as soon as the delivery guy gets here. never mind that we put the pizzas in the oven to hopefully keep them warm so we can wait for our drinks and now it's over an hour and we still don't have sodas and when I informed the girl on the telephone that this is horrible service nobody seems to have any compassion on messing up and as I say it's horrible service she hangs up on me. I wasn't being rude or aggressive, just stating that it's ridiculous and horrible service and I get hung up on. I will never order pizza from Marco's again and I will be informing everyone I know...

What I ordered is on the receipt but that is not the pizza I got. So I have proof . I called the store To be refundedand was told the manager is not in but call tomorrow. So I called the next day. No manager again. But the person who answered the phone said "The manager is not here but she said you can get 10% off your next purchase.".. Are you freaking kidding me?
