McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

McDonald's like many others need to realize Uber customers are paying customers, and the drivers are working just like the employees at McDonald's. So the Uber drivers do not appreciate being talked to with an attitude almost every time we go to McDonald's. The lady who was obviously really grumpy old and should not be up this early working at McDonald's at breakfast time was speaking to me at the drive-thru. I was trying to tell her I had an Uber order and she instantly snapped at me and said I told you drivers we don't have your order were doing breakfast and that's a dinner order, super rudely.. Okay well I have news for you as a driver, I have no idea what you said to any of the other drivers before me and if one of them didn't cancel it I have no idea. I get the order and I come to the restaurant to pick up the order and deliver it. I do not appreciate sarcastic smart ass attitude. So I finally get that order to cancel and I get another order but this time it's breakfast, and she said they're only doing breakfast, so I go back through the drive-thru and ask for this order and what do you know she snaps at me and says we don't have ANY Orders!! LISTEN MISERABLE LADY. I'M WORKING JUST LIKE YOU AND IF YOU CAN'T SAY NOTHING NICE DON'T SAY IT AT ALL AND IF YOU CAN'T BE HAPPY IN THE MORNINGS AT MCDONALD'S THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T WORK AT MCDONALD'S IN...

First off they don't even deserve one star, I got to the window and got partially done with my order then heard silence and I said hello multiple times to finally have someone get on and say pull fwd and I asked if they even knew my order and they replied yes pull fwd so I saidrepeat it to me and they left out exactly the items I said when got silent, so I made sure to say sausage egg mcgriddle with add round egg because last 2 times I was in hurry for work and they both times literally replaced the egg it comes with for a round egg wen it's extra charge for adding egg not to replace an egg and after saying so spanish lady got rude with me and said girls in training which I have no problem with that, I've worked in many restaurants if u can even consider McDonald's one but besides that I pulled to the window and made sure she knew my issue of always not getting the extra egg and she assured me and I pulled up to next window to have the employee hand me exactly wat I complained has happened last two time ! This is bullshiti most definitely never want to...

My updated review that I'm typing as I eat FINALLY, 14 mins we have waited for a side of sausage, 2 hash browns and 2 sausage biscuits with cheese. I have now sat an watch 8 people come in after us and get their orders delivered to their tables and got to go orders. By no means is my order a complicated or "special" order. Not to mention the order when it finally arrived was WRONG. This McDonalds has gone downhill since my original review. Gone are the clean tables, clean floors and friendly faces. There is NO ONE sweeping the floors, cleaning tables, checking on customers or even smiling. Whatever happened to the crew members you had prior go get them back!!

My original review: 47 I have to say I've never been to any McDonalds with such friendly crew members any where in this country. They are very polite, helpful and cheery. This group of people at this McDonalds location make your dining experience wonderful. Bravo to the managers of these wonderful crew members. Keep up the great job and the awesome...
