McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I called after leaving drive thru because they got my order wrong and I wanted to bring it to managers attention (manager on shift was Claudia) Roxana answered and I asked for a manager and she said yea , and I said with a manager pls and she continued to say yea with attitude, and I said are you the manager? And she said that’s why I say yea. I said first of all that’s not how you speak to a customer as a manager.. correct way is yes Iam the manager how can I help you. She passed the phone to some young girl that sounded confused as to why she got passed the phone and I said I want the manager so she passed it back to Claudia and she said who is this!!? In a loud rude voice and I said hello? And she just g up when she heard it was still me. I called back again and it was her again and she tells me what do I want? I said well my complaint was about my order but now I want to place a complaint about the attitude and she starts raising her voice saying she was not going to hear me talk about that and to only talk about why I was calling, I proceeded to ask when there would be another manager and she said she was not going to give me any information or hear me talk about anything other then why I was calling. She is extremely low class, unprofessional, disrespectful and should be a manager at all. Since you get speak to a manager at this location I called corporate and placed a complaint with them so the owner can know what kind of staff he has and how bad she makes this...

I went there in the evening, and I have never met such rude people in my life! At the drive through, at payment window as I pulled up the guy just started at me in the most bizarre way as I was hanging him my card, he never said a single word. I then asked do you plan on charging me? He then replied maybe if you new how to drive you would’ve pulled up closer and I would have to reach my hand out and to get your card! I was in a state of shock when he said this, I don’t know if he had something against me because I was driving my high end Mercedes AMG, or what but this guy seemed like he had a vendetta against me. Then at the next window to pick up the food again no words, she never confirmed to me what I ordered, as they do at every drive through and in silence just handed me my bag of food. I will never come to this McDonalds again as I feel that this place lacks all and any respect and kindness...

I went to drive thru to place my order and the manager was super rude and I ask for the fries with salt and she was super rude about that and I ask her the value meal what does it come with and her answer was look at screen and all the time she was anything else she din’t let me finish one order to go to the next she was super rude I went inside to get a refund and told her she was rude she told me is your opinion and the employee at the drive thru ask do you want to talk to her and I her she said I don’t have time to talk to any one i been a customer for a while and I don’t think that’s the right way to talk to anyone specially im bring business to your business I would believe it thats why customer they get mad and they throw the food on the floor and the store gets bad reviews. I will follow up with the store manager or with the district manager because believe me the way I was treated I...
