Breaks my heart to leave this review but after what I saw I can never go back to any McDonald’s. The drive thru did not have my order ready so they asked me to pull around and wait in the front. No problem When the order did come I verbally confirmed what I ordered and the employee affirmed it. However when I looked in the bag the hash brown was missing. Slight problem. I leave the car, go inside the store and wait at the counter. Nothing. I get the attention of the guy making fries and he walks my way. I tell him I’m missing a hashbrown. He says nothing, no response. I ask did you hear me and he responds yeah I heard you and walks away. No acknowledging or apologizing just rudeness. That’s a problem. There is no indication that my issue is being addressed and the guy, (long hair, tattoos) continues about his tasks. That’s when the truly disgusting happens. He puts his fingers inside his underwear to adjust them. I see his belly and everything. His thumbs disappear behind his underwear. Major problem. That’s when I called for a manager and had it out with her. She was of no help. Absolutely disgusted. Read moreI usually don't go to McDonald's anymore, but I was in the mood for French fries, and it was around 10:00 p.m. usually around 10:00 p.m., many McDonald's have their french fries sitting in a warmer, and they're all stale and getting hard, they're not fresh out of the fryer. Not at all. And so I was pleasantly surprised, when I ordered two large french fries and they came out fresh from the fryer! They were very tasty, very well salted, and the gentleman that was taking the order and also took my money, was very professional and friendly.

Read moreFood was great, customer service might need some help though. I don't seem to understand why lately the customer service at any McDonalds I've gone to has been quite a bad experience. I believe they just might need some deeper training in customer service. I mean we really didn't ask you to work there. I believe your employed there because you need to work and need the income, so why be so miserable and be rude to the customers? I think corporate needs to make some surprise visits and see how customers are being treated. And please stop asking "Is that it", it doesn't help you hear the customers complete the order and that is why we have to return because something was either missing or not...
