Went in order to triple cheeseburger first thing I noticed was arguing and yelling from the staff all the way in the lobby when I got my burger it had probably two drops of ketchup on it and a drop of mustard one half of a pickle and all the cheese slices were cold like they just came out the fridge it was me and one other couple in there that couple jumped up frustrated with the environment of the restaurant and they left after they left I guess the staff did not still see me sitting in the corner jumped up ran to the door locked it started to complaining cussing about finally they're gone.. how they hate their jobs.. and then it was as loud as a football stadium all the screaming hollering and getto remarks I even had to listen to a customer talk about me not having common sense because I came and politely asked for ketchup and mustard instead of sending my sandwich back for them to remake it even though it was very unsatisfying and was not made properly the first time the restaurant itself was filthy food on all the tables food on the floors I had to sit at a dirty table and had to listen to fighting and drama throughout my whole dinner I just took a break from a 12-hour shift that is not the kind of environment you expect when you're going into a supposed family oriented restaurant if I wanted that kind of entertainment I would have went to a waffle House even then I would have got served better would have been made the right way the first time highly disappointed would not give this place any stars!!! Oh and I also would like to draw attention how I ordered it for dine in and they still put it in a takeout bag and stood behind the counter hollering out my order instead of finding the number listed on the item receipt for my table What is the point in promoting dining service and bring it to your table if you going to stand behind the counter and holler like...
Read moreI ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffin meals they tried to up charge me for orange juice so i had to settle for 2 cokes. I then pull to the second window to get the food and a worker asksme to pull forward. I asked can i please have my cokes Wich i did not want. So i stayed at the window for somebody to come back to the window. A manager who is a woman rudely says it must ppl forward or she can give me my money back and go back thru the line. I said can i please have my cokes which o did not want and she say pull forward and I'll bring it out with the food. I pull forward and sit there for 15 to 20 mins waiting as cars behind me get there food and drive past me. Well finally the manager brings out my food and i ask for extra napkins and ketchup which not 1 napkin or packet of ketchup was in the bag. Ask ask for her name and she rudely just walks off and ignors me. So i get home which is 3 minutes from this McDonald's location and my hash browns are almost ice cold an raw and i believe they did something to my sandwiches so i call and ask for the woman's name and the employee say Tom is the manager i say i was just there the manager is a woman i was then hung up on and every time i try to call back they ignore it. This has to be the worst McDonald's in America and i will never go there again even if they offered me the whole menu for free. The employees are lazy as i was at the window waiting i saw 2 employees working with food and had no gloves on which is a health safety hazard i will be calling corporate until they do something about this. Read moreI went through drive thru and the lady typed my order in the complete opposite of what I ordere . I had to correct her when I got to the window. She parked me so they could make my burger correctly. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. They left off the bacon and charged me for it at least the grill slip they threw in my bag indicated it was a bacon quarter pounder so I know they charged me for it. The drive thru lady didn't provide me with a receipt. So when I got home and realized they left off my bacon and also served very crispy dark brown French fries i called up there. Lucky me I got someone in drive thru. I explained to the lady what was missing and about the burnt French fries and she asked when exactly I came through. I was able to tell her exact time since it was printed on the grill slip, she says "ummmm you'll have to come in tomorrow because I didn't have any order like that." So I proceeded to tell her my complete order to maybe jar her memory from literally 5 minutes before and the girl kind of rudely cut me off and said "I'm trying to tell you I didn't come on drive thru at that time so you'll have to come in tomorrow and talk to the GM especially since you don't have a receipt." When did customer service include cutting your customer off, being rude, copping an attitude with the customer and basically not taking ownership of the issue?
