I come here frequently, and it seems I only get poor service at nighttime. During early afternoons, I seldom have any issues besides the usual McDonalds Mixups (missing an item or two, etc) but even those, rarely. I've been coming in more frequently at night during the weeks since my work schedule has changed and I've noticed a great decline in the positives I have to mention about my visits. The last two visits specifically, I've waited 10 minutes for a Medium fry and two drinks in the lobby, after having already being blatantly ignored by the front service attendant/kiosk helper. That happened tonight, and the girl who brought our order was polite, and apologized and offered us fries to try to make up for it. I don't even believe she was meant to be working the front counter, as the person who was standing up front still hadn't moved since we put in our order. I would have talked to the manager, but the manager who was on tonight hardly spoke any English. The time before this, we ordered a couple a big Mac meal (medium), a ten piece, and two drinks and waited approximately 25 minutes to recieve our order in dine in, and when we finally did receive it, it was cold. I've worked at McDonalds before, I don't expect exceptional service or crazy good food. But I do expect fast service, as it's fast food. I'm thankful I've never tried to stop here on my dinner break during night shift. I've been coming to this McDonalds about 4 years (since before I graduated highschool!) and the quality of service seems to have dropped greatly. Please work on this, your many regulars will appreciate this.
Update: I went in for the first time today in a while and the managers were loudly calling customers and eachother b*tches in Spanish. This is a largely bilingual area and even white people in the area speak Spanish, including children, which there were three of in there. Totally...
Read moreI ordered 2 McFlurrys at 10 pm, To be honest I was surprised for them to tell me the Mc flurry machine was even up because usually every McDonald’s anytime past eight says the main flurry machines down because I have to clean it. I work for McDonald’s when I was 16 and the flurry came out. The store I work that was one of the test stores actually for The Mc flurry. So few things I do know it is you need to make flurry cup because it’s strong enough to hold the mixer and the strength of the mixing that hooks into the spoon. I get to the window the guy hands me a clear frappe type cup with the soft serve with Oreo crumbs on top. I understand place is run out of product but when I asked for a spoon for each of them he has me one spoon that has nothing on it because the Mc flurry never got mixed up I asked him for two spoons since I had to make flurries. He said he was waiting for someone to come from the back with a spoon. During this time I noticed he was busy on his phone which I really don’t care aboutIf my orders right. I have to wait a few minutes to get the other spoon and he tells me he don’t have any lids. OK just put whatever you can on The cup, just so I can get it home start spilling everywhere after route three minutes he was able to get me two lids. I understand substitutions need to be made in certain situations but when it gets down to this poor of service where they’re not even going to attempt to mix it I would rather them just told me the machines down like all the other McDonald’s do around here. Read moreTonight I went to get my order remade that was messed up yesterday after many unsuccessful attempts to reach the store by phone. So before I can even order I was told the only thing they’re serving was fish so I said okay. When I got to the register I asked to speak with the manager. Instead I got a shift lead and the manager was not in the store so I had to wait for him to get back in the store. This is the same manager who assured me that my food was made properly yesterday so I was like perfect he’ll remember. Welp I wasn’t worth walking to the back once he was in the store instead he yelled to the cashier that they weren’t replacing my order from last night. I asked to speak with him he didn’t come to the window. Disgusted I pulled up to the next window he wasn’t there either. When I got my order I checked it and just like last night my order was made incorrectly. I asked for it to be remade that was a problem. So I asked for a refund and I was denied. No where does it say anything about the store not offering refunds so I asked to speak to the store manager and Jason calls the not manger to the front to tell me they don’t do refunds and when I asked to speak to a store or district manger he ignored me and asked why do I keep coming here if they mess up my order ugh so unprofessional, so I grabbed my receipt and food and left.
